Well for starting when I got there, the air conditioner didn’t work in my original room. They switch me to a different room so by the time that I had been switched and everything moved upstairs, I was so exhausted I they gave me one bed and a pullout couch IWell for starting when I got there, they air conditioner didn’t work in my original room. They switch me to a different room so by the time that I had been switched and everything moved upstairs, I was so exhausted I they gave me one bed and a pullout couch I played for two beds, and, then the hot tub was down and I was not made aware of this online or in the establishment. Nobody even said anything at the time of check whole point of getting a hotel room was for the hot tub. There was no extra linens for the pullout couch, and the staff at the desk was very very rude.

Staff was nice. But room was not clean.
Stickers stuck everywhere, ripped curtains, etc. Breakfast photos inaccurate.... pool freezing ... game room was a single game. It was affordable but not what was expected

Do not stay here!! Cockroaches in room. Rat poo in between every sheet. Gross stains on all but 1 sheet. Tv did not work. Very dark with onky 1 light in the room. Smelled aweful. If i could give this a 0 I would. You see 5 stars because those are from the people who live there now. Shady area. People smoking in non-smoking rooms.

There was an order when we walked into the first room that was a dead mouse laying in the bathroom on the floor. It had nothing cleaned. We called management they moved us to another room the second the heat didn’t work no one put in the work order the third day cockroaches on the wall in the living area and in the bathroom sink. We talked to the owner. He advised none of the problems we had were noted would not recommend unless you’re super desperate.

This was one of the most run down places i have stayed in. Everything was in poor condition, the curtain was barely hung up, it smelled, there were stickers randomlystuck on things and doirs, chipped paint, random marker drawings on the walls and it seemed like people lived full time in many rooms. Which would be a great thing for someone trying to get on their feet, but this is supposed to be a hotel
Overall a rather odd and disturbing experience.
