La cama era aceptable si es solo para dormir un par de horas, y la vista buena pero definitivamente no es un hotel para quedarse. No tenían aire acondicionado, no había luz, no pudimos cargar los celulares durante nuestra estadía, el agua de la ducha era fría y de dónde salía era directamente del tubo del agua sin la cabeza de agua.

Muy regular , las habitaciones son pequeñas, el desayuno demorado y lo sirvieron frió e incompleto y lo peor no arreglaron ni limpiaron nuestra habitación. No hay relación costo servicio, los cócteles malos y caros , la verdad no volvería lo único que rescato es la piscina

Sin duda una gran experiencia en San Sebastian Mariquita. Desde mi llegada la atención fue excepcional, la comida exquisita, me sorprendieron con exquisitos cocteles. Destaco los diferentes tipos de habitaciones, me encanto la suite donde estuve alojado muy grande con vista inigualables; el lago donde se realiza Kayak es una gran novedad y único en esa zona; el SPA, me fascino es super moderno y consentidor. Volveré pronto, quedo con mil experiencias en este gran destino . Muchas gracias a todo el personal.

fui a pasar un día en cerro dorado mariquita, y tuve la pero experiencia donde una guacamaya daño los empaques de mi camioneta , pintura y me mordió cuando a mi me toco espantarla ya que los trabajadores no hicieron nada, se llamo al señor Leonardo Roja para que respondiera y nunca apareció , dejo todo en manos de unos trabajadores inexpertos ( nicole) y Sebastián el cual cuando hice el reclamo se puso altanero y me enfrento para pegarme. y despues de 5 dias nadie a aparecido para responder . No estoy de acuerdo que uno a demás de cancelar un dinero por un servicio , este no se haga responsable de nadaen caso de agresión y daños a propiedad privada en integridad personal.
