The hospitality was amazing and the room service staff was above expectation. Overall, we had the best experience ever thank you Address Staff and especially shimaa from kids area she very helpful and cute .looking forward to our next trip.

The hotel is having amazing view , clean and friendly employees Missing summer vibes yet very comfortable and pleasant for family stay . Searesto restaurant having exceptional view , food and service great experience. Looking forward to be back in August !

Хорошая гостиница на уровне остальных в этом регионе по соотношению цена/качество Завтраки приемлимые, есть свежевыжатый соки, ужины тоже хорошие, хотя всё однообразно Негатив привносит обслуживающий персонал на ресепшен, не готовый вообще конструктивно общаться с гостями: гостиница пользуется спросом у россиян, участвующих в строительные АЭС в регионе на благо АРЕ, в связи с небольшим выбором в регионе отелей с приемлемым качеством, соответственно, основной доход и загрузка отеля от нас. В гостинице останавливаются, из немалой цены, руководители организаций, к которым могут приезжать гости для общения, в том числе по рабочим вопросам и делать это на ресепшен не представляется возможным. При этом сотрудники ресепшн (особенно один русскоговорящий) встают стеной, и не дают возможности нормально провести переговоры, и требуют деньги за прохождение гостя внутрь отеля!!!

Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. There are plenty of trash on the beach. The hotel also does not have limo service so you need to arrange for transportation in and out. Breakfast and dinner are good but it is tailored to serve foreign workers who leave at certain time in the morning and return for dinner at certain time in the evening. You may be out of luck if your timing is off.In summary; avoid booking this hotel unless you like to pay hefty price for a mediocre service.

best place to spend your vacation. like the variety of enjoyment also like lagoon and beach thanks to the hotel staff super friendly restaurant was good. Pool staff was helpful The energy of the place is good.

Nice place , one of the best places on north coast nice food,deffrannt kind of rooms , suites, standard rooms, beach rooms, beach rooms,the best rooms view you can find in north coast, kids facilities, brand new Spa,the most professional gym team in Egypt indoor and outdoor place

J'ai été plongé dans l'énergie positive partout, l'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, notamment à la réception et au restaurant. Pour mes prochaines vacances, cet hôtel est définitivement mon premier choix.
