Clean hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, excellent location with lots for kids to walk to and have fun. We would definitely book again.

This is the only place I'll stay when visiting family. The hotel is clean and well maintained and centrally located (for me that is). The best part? It's pet friendly. We've been both with and without pets and there is no difference in the rooms - meaning, there is no "pet" smell or run down feel. They do an excellent job of keeping this place in good shape. A few notes - the fridge in the room didn't work well. We didn't say anything about it - just dealt with it. The TV remote didn't work - but the front desk took care that when we reported it. (Weird thing? the renote didn't work the last time we stayed as well.). Also I think adding a small microwave would be really helpful.

We stayed for 8 nights and had 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and entertainment facilities. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely return.

Stayed here previously and it was great. In a short time rooms are worn, dirty and a/c was loud not functioning properly and black mold in it and down the wall

After finding lackluster reviews of other hotels in the area (including the property where my event was being held) I came across the Hyatt Place. The property was clean and in good shape. The room was clean and fairly recently updated. Some of the furniture had some minor signs of wear, but nothing was really beat up or in clear disrepair. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could've used a bit more variety, but for free breakfast it's hard to complain. They do have one of those 24 hour convenience shops in a corner of the lobby, but it was almost all candy. They could use some more savory options, maybe some beef jerky or crackers for people who don't want a sweet snack or are cobbling together a meal late at night. There's a grocery store across the street, so I wouldn't expect them to carry an extensive selection of things on site, but a bit more variety would be good. Apart from that nitpicking overall it was a great stay and I'd stay again without hesitation.
