Gepflegtes, sauberes und ruhiges Hotel. Keine herumtobenden Kinder! Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen. Das Hotel liegt etwas erhöht über dem Talboden von Meran. Die Aussicht umfasst das Dorf Tirol, Meran und die umliegenden Dörfer. Praktisch vor dem Hotel hält der Linienbus nach Meran; man kann also das eigene Auto stehen lassen und die Umgebung mit dem ÖV erkunden.

Das Hotel steht weiterhin für einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Empfang und Service. Daniel an der Rezeption war stets hilfsbereit und hat alles super organisiert. Die Gesichtsbehandlung bei Eva ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen und wurde professionell durchgeführt. Bei der guten Qualität der Speisen hat sich nichts geändert, jedoch wäre es schön, wenn auch mal auf regionale und saisonale Speisen geachtet würde. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sind geräumig eingerichtet.

Ottimo hotel. Situato in un punto di snodo ideale per visitare Merano e dintorni, l’hotel Marlena ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Offre tanti servizi (inclusi nel prezzo) come piscina interna ed esterna, merenda a base di splendidi dolci, tisane e Spa). Il proprietario e il personale sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

Die Bewertungen habe ich gelesen. Immer wieder wird auf den Hotelchef hingewiesen- seine unprofessionelle Art mit Gästen umzugehen - unfreundlich und nicht der Zeit angemessen. Das Personal weiss es und stillschweigend müssen Sie ihn tolerieren. Alles insgesamt bei umfänglichen anderen Angeboten - bedauerlich. Man muss wissen, wann man einer anderen Generstion den Vortritt lässt. Der amtierende will es nicht wahrhaben. Schade.

Great staff with attention to every detail. The owner is kind and truly seems to want everybody to enjoy their time in his hotel. The maître d’ watches over every meal very carefully, it is extremely knowledgeable about wine, and set a great tone. The staff was without exception extremely friendly and very good at what they were doing. Very pleasant atmosphere and good value! I recommend that if you stay here you also eat your evening meals in the restaurant. We found local restaurants not all that interesting in the chef at this hotel is excellent.

Kitschiges 70-er Jahr Hotel, viel Platz, aber unglücklich genutzt. Hallenbad war kalt, sowohl Wasser als auch Umgebung. Für die Sauna muss man sich an der Rezeption anmelden und der Eingang geht über den Garten. Unfreundliche Angestellte der Rezeption. Sehr freundliches Service-Personal. Insgesamt unstimmig und es stinkt. Ev werden sogenannte Bedufter eingesetzt.
