Lovely, apts. Clean friendly. Lovely staff tyfan, the owner had a few problems with staff sorted now. He has so many returning guests. We have been going to these, apts, for years. Wdnt stay anywhere else. Clean, very, friendly. Met so many friends, here

Must be one of the worst hotels in marmaris.room was not very clean dirty walls and doors haven't seen paint for years..last time it was painted I think they were trying to paint the curtains, paint splashes all over them as self catering no kettle provided so had to go out and buy one so could have a coffee when first waking up.tv in the room but half of it was behind the wardrobe so if wanted to watch the news could only see half the screen.could not move the wardrobe as no where else to put it. Their is only one electrical socket in the room and one broken shaver socket in the bathroom.no light in the kitchen area so if it was dark and you wanted to make a drink you had to either put the bathroom light on or try and use the dim light on the extractor hood.was told off other guests that their is no kettle or light and TV Is hidden as electricity is expensive and they don't want you using it .all their was in the room was two single beds ,one wardrobe a one tiny one drawer unit big enough for about four pairs of socks.a small square table with two steel chairs and nothing on the balcony.you couldn't take the table onto the balcony as it wouldn't go through the door.balcony was dangerous anyway as lots of broken floor tiles with sharp edges.another thing to look out for was the bedding had lots of stains. They tell you not to take food from your room around the pool area but people with children had to as the restaurant was closed and had been for some time .some of the hotel staff were ok but the rest just sat around all day with their families most days guests couldn't get a seat in the bar area for all the staff lying around.have got to say the maid was a lovely lady nothing to much trouble for her . found out on the last day that this hotel lets out the rooms to students in the winter months so maybe that's why the rooms are so dated and dirty.booked this through love holidays and i think they need to send one of their reps to go and check the place out if they are going to put this on the website in future.avoid the place if possible there is lots of excellent hotels in marmaris for the same price or cheaper

KEEP WELL AWAY . DIRTY N SCRUFFY NO cleaners for first 9 days out 14 . No restaurant. No snack bar . bar prices soo inflated 15 pound for 2 vodkas and was turkish brand Rip off . Tayfun has turned into Greediest man ever much better when he dad ran it . it's all about not caring now n making biggest profit he can before he goes bust end season . He let's anyone stop here now any drunk will do n cause botha along buying effes. man throw up drunk 3 times around pool n kids pool ..owner couldn't care less when informed . too many muppets going here now lot regulars moving across road to Fidan aparts much cleaner n cheaper . Tayfun charging 65 week AC what rip others places 35. rooms were filthy no kettle no toaster. bed still like bricks even though bought new mattresses few roms last year. if ur in the click you can get ur room for 20 pound night max n also AC for 30 week so rips everyone off . pool was filthy around edges.key sockets hanging off wall . shower trap disgusting had buy bleach. my advise look elsewhere much better n cheaper aparts close by . live wires everywhere n mould on ceiling pics included for proof

Well stayed there in July last year end of June year b4..... and we going g back this year... Apartments are basic but that what we as family like..... Tayfun is a great funny kind helpful person.... Charlotte on reception/reservation she is so warm, friendly and always have smile on her face.... nothing is to much trouble for her..... Gem on bar with his staff always helpfull.... Josh just love the place..... cleaning staff every day in our room.... always everything spotless clean.... can't wait to be back there..... just over 15 days and we will be in our happy place.... Our Home from Home.... and not to mention we made some great friends over there.... you all in Atlantis doing Fantastic job.... see you all soon xx

I am not fussy at all but this place is something unreal! Our apartment was so dirty, stains on sheets, floors dirty, all sorts of hair in the bathroom, sand still on the shower floor. Cupboards, where do I start, looked like it hasn't been cleaned for a very long time, so we didn't dare to use any cutlery or dishes. The sofa beds in the living room are rock hard and so uncomfortable that back pain is guaranteed after 1 night! The only positive thing I can say is that the beds in the bedroom are ok to sleep on, so if only 2 people are staying it's not as bad but if you need to sleep on sofa beds, you will have back pain every morning. We were told to leave the key at reception if we want our room to be cleaned, it didn't happen. We complained about it and then it was cleaned. The cleaning lady is lovely though. It offers self catering accommodation but there is not even a kettle available. There was 1 pot and 1 pan available but both were so large in size that it would be impossible to cook on 2 ring stove which is there. I would never go back and would recommend to stay away. You hear everything what is happening in corridors, other rooms, if you don't have ear plugs, it's hard to sleep. Please think twice before booking this place

Money grabbing manager, opened when season was clearly closed. No access to anything on site, no facilities open, only open to grab money from us. Rude and unhelpful staff. No cleaners the whole time we stayed. Unhappy with our experience.

Loved this little place, great little apartnent ( just need a kettle), comfortable bed, staff are lovely, food is great and not expensive which is good when youre on a budget, maid in everyday (just leave your key at reception, i didnt know i had to do that 😂) and in an ideal spot close to main bit of shops, 5 min walk to blue port, vast choice of shops and 5 min walk down to beach and all the bars. Loved that they accomodated me in changing my room coz i have a fear of heights and could never have done the top floor so they put me down on bottom, thankyou for that x, i could sit round the pool but couldnt use pool coz of the ladders geting in and out, would be great if it had steps going in cant wait to get back next year, see you all soon and thankyou for looking after me xx

Just returned from a 7 night stay at Atlantis apartments. These apartments are simply great. Basic, cheap and cheerful but spotless clean. Maids clean daily. The location of these apartments is fantastic right on the ***** and across the road from the beach, so a prime location. Plentiful amount of sunbeds around the pool which was very clean. Depth of pool however same all way round so no shallow end. The staff in these apartments are fantastic. A special mention to Shala who is simply fantastic and her brother Baran. Shala went above and beyond for us when our luggage was delayed. She was always friendly, helpful and polite. She is a fantastic representative for front of house. One bedroom apartment spacious. However, very hot and air con is expensive at £55 per week. No kettle or toaster in apartments, which I believe there should be for self catering. Lots of returning customers in apartments which is a testimony to how good they are. I will definitely stay here again and I'd recommend those looking to be in the heart of marmaris to book these ideal apartments.

Me and My Partner stayed in this beautiful and cosy apart multiple times. Recommended. Clean , Quiet , Friendly People and nice sunny beautiful balcony view. looking forward to come back in middle summer
