After a bit of an ambiguous start, this turned into a fantastic stay. We arrived late at night and have to say usually would stay in a much higher star accommodation. However our issues were sorted quickly. We had booked a twin room and it was a double but they set up a sofa bed for my daughter to sleep on. No air con unless you pay but it wasn’t needed in October half term. What really makes this place is the staff! Friendly, helpful and fun. Shout outs to Omar, Ozzy, Kadir and Yunis in particular. We did like that in October it was fairly quiet and so service was fast and friendly. Not much entertainment but there was music and bingo. And we won on the bingo. 1600lira so not bad Would definitely visit again.

Would avoid this place at all cost Freddie the manager is so rude & arrogant from my 5 year old granddaughter getting food poisoning to my partner getting blown across the kitchen with the dodgy cooker to camp beds to sleep on dirty sheets with holes & towels washed out grey I honestly would give this place a wide berth lots more clean apartments near by at a fraction of the cost.

Where do I start with faulty towers because that is were I thought I was stay FREDDIE is the most arrogant most rude pig I've ever met from my granddaughter getting food poisoning of there fish fingers to the cooker blowen up place was black...

Had a brilliant holiday.thankyou to these guys for looking after us.nothing was too much trouble.The young guys did fantastic entertainment at night.The atmosphere here is so good everyone gets on with each other it’s amazing.Its like being with family.Freddie is a brilliant owner and will always make sure your happy with everything. Omar is an all round lovely kind guy he’s always making sure your ok and need anything,I’ve got to say this has been one of my best holidays to turkey.I will definately be going back next year.These truely are like a massive family.Thankyou for looking g after us guys .your all the best .See you next year xxx

Absolute top guys. It’s the people that make this hotel. Thank you so much to you all. A special thanks to Omar. On arrival to marmaris; I lost my passport in arrivals. This guy took all the stress away. We traveled for 5 hours with Omar driving to get a replacement passport; I can not thank the guy enough he saved my holiday and took my stress away. Amazing guy and he is an asset to the hotel. Omar went above and beyond what is expected. We was given the best service and it is such a family atmosphere. 5⭐️ service by an amazing family of people. It is true you start as a guest you leave as family. I can thank this hotel enough for the hospitality. Thank you Freddie and your team ❤️❤️❤️yunus is amazing too. He is so young but doing so well. If you want any help he is the guy. Thank you all so much

Just come bk from a week here absolutely amazing from start to finish staff were amazing freddy is an absolute diamond they make you feel at home , food was amazing entertainment fantastic never laughed so much here to next year my boys ages 19 and 17 and my daughter 16 loved or we met some fantastic people xx

Just had a amazing week at grand villa sol came here 8 years ago Freddie and all of his staff are amazing they made sure we were well look after Food was brilliant we upgraded to half board and was well worth the money Not once did we feel threatened or pressured to eat or drink there Roll on next year coming for even longer Freddie sorted our transfers from airport to hotel and were brilliant

Excellent apartments, 10 of us arrived here and all very happy, I have been going here for many many years now, still as good as ever, rooms cleaned daily, staff are fab, food excellent, well done Freddie, sadiye and boys keep it up, see you next year xx

Just back from spending a week here with friends! Had a great time, staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Omar who made sure we had everything we needed, complete wee gent. Thanks also to Ossie and "James" who were always up for a laugh! Ferdy, thanks for keeping us hydrated for the week 😉😂
