There was no heating and no hot water it was a nightmare and the facilities are a lie. The spa isnt open and nor is the sauna. At night it was impossible to sleep due to the cold

The hotel was average, the only problem we had which was a major one was NO HOT WATER for the duration of our stay. We complained daily along with other guests, but it was talking to a brick wall.

Stayed out of season, the hotel is excellent, clean, parking right behind the hotel, breakfast for 4. 2 minutes to the sea.

We arrived at 15:00 at the hotel and were even able to take sun loungers by the pool, which was nice, the beach is literally a 3-5 minute walk away, the center is 20-30 minutes.
The downside is the lack of parking, but this is a problem for all of Marmaris
Alcohol is normal, local Turkish, the food is also delicious

Otel de 1 gece konakladık…Başta güzel gözüken otel girişten itibaren hayal kırıklığı ile başladı… Resepsiyonda form doldurulurken, bana sorulan ; herhangi bir gıdaya alerjiniz var mı sorusu eşime sorulmadan evrak düzenlendi… Odaya çıktığımızda banyoda şampuan yoktu. Televizyonu açmak istedik maalesef tv çalışmıyordu. Akşam yemek yiyelim dedik, yemek vasatın altındaydı… Gece yatalım dedik üst kattan komidin veya puf gibi birşeylerin sürtünme sesiyle gece kabusa döndü. Resepsiyonu arayıp sorunu söylediğimizde, üst katta 2 bayan makyaj yapıyor uyardık dediler. Akabinde bu sefer üst kattan topuklu ayak sesleri 1 saat boyunca sürdü. Tekrar resepsiyonu aradığımızda; isterseniz gelin üst kattaki bayanlarla görüşün dediler…. Başka bir oda verin uyuyamıyoruz dedik… Maalesef yanıtını aldık. Sabah resepsiyona otel müdürü ile görüşmek istiyoruz dedik, şu an burada yok bayram iznine çıktı dediler… Saat 9 da kahvaltımızı yaptık ve akabinde otelden kaçtık… Sadece kahvaltı güzeldi diyebilirim… Bir daha mı asla…. Paran ile rezil olmak tam anlamıyla bu olsa gerek….
