Fantastic 7-day all inclusive vacation at this wonderful hotel. Perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of Marmaris town. Everything about the hotel was really fabulous- the facilities, rooms, decor, cleanliness, food and above all the staff. I highly recommend.

My husband and I and our friend Colin have just returned from our 17th visit to this amazing hotel. This is the best hotel in Turkey, it is in an ideal location, close to the beach and local shops, bars and restaurants. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were back home. We were given the warmest welcome at the reception and were super excited to meet up with all the staff members again. All of the staff are so nice and work so hard to make sure that everyone has the best holiday. Kemel is the night manager, we always make a point of seeing him for a chat before we settle into our room, such a lovely man , during our 2 week stay he always finds the time to chat and is always asking us if we are having a nice time or checking if we need anything. Bayram is the housekeeping manager, we have known him since our first visit , another lovely man who always asks us if everything is ok with our room and often has a coffee with us in the morning. Nothing is too much trouble for all the staff here. They are the most hard working people we have ever met. As it was coming to the end of the season some of the staff had already left so that meant a few of the waiters were working double shifts every day, they were so tired but still managed to smile and interact with the guests. I must make a special mention to Sellahatin, Enis and Emin, the 3 best waiters in the main restaurant. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. We have known Sellahatin for many years and keep in touch with him throughout the year, he is very good at his job and always smiling. Enis and Emin serve us by the pool for breakfast and lunch, really good waiters, very attentive and always making us laugh. Two others that deserve a mention are the two lovely girls Lily and Ellif, so friendly and fun to be with. Every member of staff at the hotel are so hard working from the cleaners who do an amazing job cleaning the rooms and everywhere else around the resort to the management team that make sure everything runs smoothly. Hasan and Sedat manage the restaurant very well and are such nice people. We always pay a little extra for a sea view room as the view of the ocean is stunning, we did manage to wake up early enough to watch the sunrise from our balcony a couple of times and it was so beautiful to watch. The only real downfall for us was the entertainment team and the sunbed situation. You have to get up so early to have any chance of getting a bed by the pool, but we witnessed people tipping the pool boy to reserve them before they even got up in the morning , so unfair on other guests and something the management need to address. The entertainment team play ridiculously loud music by the pool all day obviously catering for the younger generation but as we are all over 60 years old we do like to relax on our holiday so we usually go down to the hotels private beach, its lovely and has a private jetty with waiter service all day.
