Very good. There are a lot of food. It is very convenient to go upstairs and downstairs. The swimming pool is very big. There are performances to watch in the evening. There is the beach outside. After dinner in the evening, you can go for a walk. It is very comfortable

Excellent - one of the best hotels I have been to , we weren’t happy with our room on the first day but where moved the second with no problem . Staff literally cannot do enough for you they are always smiling and happy , a hello from you goes a long way and they appreciate it !!! The food is unreal if you can’t find something to eat here honestly stay home , there is a massive main buffet desserts to die for , outside area with Chinese buffet and a Turkish stand with bbq foods !! Morning is great massive selection only thing no sausages / bacon but I didn’t miss it , during the day the pool bar has better quality food than other all inclusive dive been to and just as much choice . The entertainment during the day is great , night had different themes it’s not a west end show but definitely good . Will return . Weather was fantastic for near end of October

I strongly advise against staying at the Green Diamond Hotel due to my appalling experience. This hotel not only failed to provide a safe and welcoming environment but also left me completely distressed during my holiday. Firstly, the maid stole money from my room, and while the hotel admitted to this theft (claiming it was a misunderstanding over a “tip”), no real action was taken. To make matters worse, I later discovered my diamond earrings were also missing. It wasn’t just me—other guests were also complaining about items going missing from their rooms. When I tried to escalate my concerns, the Guest Relations Manager was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they were outright hostile and showed no interest in resolving the situation. Their attitude made an already upsetting experience far worse. As a guest, I expect my belongings to be safe and my concerns to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on both counts. The lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff is shocking, and it ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. If you value your belongings and want respectful service, avoid the Green Diamond Hotel at all costs.

Marmaris’te daha önce benzer otellerde kalmıştım fakat green nature diamond hotelin diğerlerine göre bazı artıları var. En büyük artısı alanının çok geniş olması. Otel tam kapasite dolu olsa bile rahatsız edici bir kalabalık gözünüze çarpmıyor. Bu sene yetişkin havuzu açılmış. Çift olarak gidenler çocukların gürültülü ve kalabalık havuzuna girmek zorunda kalmıyorlar. Yalnız yetişkin havuzunun daha yakınına bir bar açmaları daha iyi olur içecek almaya giderken biraz yürüyorsunuz. Odaların temizliği ***et iyi. Personellerin çoğu yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Birkaçının yüzü asık fakat bu kabul edilebilir düzeyde. Yemekleri bol çeşitli ve lezzetli.Akşamları deniz tarafındaki bölümde canlı müzik karaoke dj performansları oluyor fakat çoğu yabancı turistlere hitap ediyor Türk misafirlere hitap eden müzikler de çalınabilir. Fiyatlar Türk misafirler için en azından turistlere göre biraz daha makul olsa Marmaris’te kesinlikle başka bir otel aramayın derim.

I had stayed last week for a week nearly. Specially if you came other countries you will see extra interest because Turkish staff like so much tips :) I would like say specially a staff has studied in lobby who is name Nisan. Thank you so much mrs Nurcan for everything.

I came here 11th November for a week which was my dream hotel and luckily got it cheaper out of season I had the sea view room which was amazing and room was spacious and very modern and clean staff were very polite. The entertainment was great.food was really nice only problem it was cold most days/nights. Above all that I made great friends whilst there who I still keep in touch with so was just an amazing hotel and holiday I would definitely book there again 5 🌟

Lovely 10 night stay! Room on 2nd floor with a view of the main road which was very noisy at times but didn’t have a problem sleeping. Room spacious, comfortable And very clean. Added bonus of a free safe and mini bar replenished every day. Room was cleaned everyday and a change of towels. Pool area spacious lots of sun beds to use but then I suppose the time of year no worry getting one. Pool bar and snack bar good. Pool itself was freezing again probably the time of year. Food not so good although wouldn’t go hungry but we ate out 5 out of 10 nights. Staff all over hotel were brilliant from cleaning to bar staff to restaurant staff and the entertainment team. Reception staff very welcoming. I would recommend and at some point we will return maybe a bit earlier than November as it was closing down slowly. However weather was still nice and warm! I just might add that all public areas were spotlessly clean including the toilets! Thank you GND!
