Early check-in not possible.
Reception did not notice that 2 rooms were reserved, had to search for a long time.
Receptionist was on the phone for 20 minutes and ignored us.
Air conditioning not working.
Food in the restaurant OK.

Room cleanliness: Excellent Cleanliness in the corridors: Average (coffee table near the sofas: full of dust / elevators not very clean / gel dispenser: dirty) Room service: they do not come back to get the plates (2 dishes are left on a table in the corridor for 2 days and maybe more if I had not warned the reception and when I left a plate was still lying on the window sill) Swimming pool: clean but apparently also accessible to people not staying at the hotel --＞ result we were only able to enjoy it on the 1st and last day because there were no places) A la carte restaurant: good but very slow service / and some members of staff not very friendly)

Most of the hotel is a building site. The room was 27 degrees all night and the aircon didn't work windows didn't open more than a few inches. They did not have any fans. They did try to give me another room (also no aircon) but it smelt strongly of cigarettes. There was a very large hole in the ceiling of my room covered by a grill - slightly worrying. Walls are thin and you can hear others talking and TVs. You can't add items to the room - you have to pay upfront, even the hotel cost. Booked for 3 nights but would have left 10 mins after arrival the if it wasn't so late. Only after a huge fight with reception they refunded me for the 2 nights I hadn't stayed and 165 euro for the 1 night. This should be a cheap hotel aimed at young travellers on a budget - definitely not business guests. If you are moved here from the Civitel Olympic which has recently closed - steer clear!

Rooms are very nice. They do allow smoking in the hotel or just didn’t care, as we could smell it all night from our neighboring room. The location is about a 45 minute cab ride to Acropolis which didn’t bother us. But it’s super close to the airport and huge shopping mall.

The hotel was “ok”. It’s good prob for folks on buss conferences
I used it for 2 nights for my family heading back from the islands
Not really a good family friendly hotel due to lack of amenities and not super pretty but the staff was good
