Hilton Goa Resort

Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

GOOD HOTEL WITH VIEW

If any one wants to enjoy hills as well as beaches of goa surely this is the place.Room was clean,specious and has all modern amenities but even after multiple complains about wifi issue (as it was only source to connect as mobile network was weak too) staff wasnt even interested fo fix it.Apart from this we enjoyed our stay here..special mention to chef Mr.Chinmay Salgaonkar & Krishna,both took care of our needs and was generous too.Thanks to them.

Staying at the property was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We loved the breakfast variety and the food. All the chefs and F&B team were very helpful and had an amazing smile. My room was well taken care of by Sahadat and Suraj who always kept it neat tidy and clean daily. A big thanks to the management team 😊 till we meet again .

The dinner experience at Hilton Goa resort Saipe has been made memorable, loveable and worth coming back, again and again because of associate Ishani Paul, whose service has been one of the best ever. She is extremely hospitable, warm, well behaved, cheerful, well mannered, caring and an asset to your organization. It's the contribution of such extraordinary people, that service industrial thrives. I would recommend you to give a pat on her back and promote her asap. And yes, the food was very good too2
