We had already come in 2014, the stay had been very pleasant...which was not the case for our 9-day stay in September 2022!
The hotel is dilapidated as a whole, both the rooms and the exteriors.
The food is varied but very Italian focused (hotel occupied mainly by Italians). The quality is however to be reviewed since we were sick for 5 days.
The reception leaves something to be desired and the management team is to be reviewed in the management of problems and the lack of consideration of the clientele.
Indeed, the neighbors upstairs vomited on our terrace, the manager for the only resolution of the problem told us that they were leaving the same evening. These neighbors stayed for the duration of our stay...

Bravo Club super animazione di ottimo livello. Carlotta, Alessia, Riccardo e Emanuel (mitico Shekerando) hanno fatto diventare la nostra vacanza bellissima. Mini Club nostra figlia si e' divertita un sacco! Super raccomandato molto molto bravi....

Struttura molto bella, ben curata nei dettagli e sempre pulita in tutti gli ambienti. Giardini molto belli, piscine pulite e attrezzate. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Spiaggia ben attrezzata e facilmente raggiungibile. Consiglio la zona De Luxe per le camere più grandi e molto belle, il ristorante privato per colazione e pranzo, le piscine con idromassaggio e l'aspetto rilassante anche nella zona riservata della spiaggia. Da migliorare la qualità del cibo, grandi quantità ma non di qualità. Buono il servizio offerto dal personale della SPA, da rivedere le regole per quanto riguarda l'accesso ai bambini che si tuffavano con schiamazzi vari nella grande vasca per l'idromassaggio della zona preposta al relax. Si potrebbe consigliare un abbigliamento più decoroso almeno durante la cena....nel rispetto della libertà di tutti.

Appena rientrati dal Fantazia resort Marsa Alam con un pò di tristezza. Vacanza perfetta, indimenticabile, luoghi incantevoli. Tutto sempre pulito, ambienti spaziosi. Un posto adatto a tutte le categorie: singol, coppie, family e pensionati. Il cibo ottimo e molto variegato per tutti i gusti. Gli animatori fantastici partendo da Emanuele, Francesco con il tormeo di freccette e bocce per mio marito, Carmine con il padel, Eleonora con il risveglio muscolare e lo yoga, Alessandra con acquagym gag pilates, mi hanno tenuta sempre allenata. Lucrezia, Alessia, Francesco del miniclub sempre molto attenti con mia figlia. Che dire tutti sempre disponibili e preparati. Riccardo e Chiara bravissimi la sera a teatro con le loro coreografie, hanno davvero una grande intesa. La Hall serale dopocena con Elvira la cantante è un qualcosa di spettacolare. Tutti loro ci hanno fatto trascorrere una bellissima vacanza da rifare sicuramente e consigliare a tutti. Grazie Fantasia Resort.
