The hotel made me pay again for the reservation at the reception, even though it had already been paid on trip.com, so I paid twice for the room and had a hard time getting a refund.

NO AC / no air condition … you gonna have the control in your room, but that don’t do nothing
After we take a shower, the only was hotter than the outside , I went to the lobby to see if somebody was there to help me. I was nobody there.
