Très bons confort et emplacement
Très bon emplacement à quelques mètres du port et des quais du marché.Excellent confort et niveau de prestations, hotel comme neuf et chambres spacieuses.
Très agréable salle du petit déjeuner avec vue sur le port.
Mais présence limitée du personnel à l'accueil et pas facile de communiquer avecl'hotel quand on risque de ne pas arriver avant 19h.

Nice place to stay
Nice place to stay on the south side of Malta. It was secure, clean, and the breakfast was nice with fresh sandwiches, fruit, pastries and coffee.

Great stay în Malta
Spent 10 days in Malta until 15th July. The place is well located, with easy access to restaurants, public transport and the port front. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning. The room was cleaned every day and the bins were emptied daily. The staff, both at the reception and who served the breakfast was helpful and attentive. The breakfast included a variety of meats, cheeses and cereals, as well as hot food, boiled eggs, beans and local pasties. There were fresh fruits, apples, kiwi and bananas, vegetables, peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes. Although this small hotel was not cheap, there was no reason to complaint.

Unterkunft in Top Lage
Das Guest House liegt einen Block vom Hafen entfernt. Parken an der Straße war im Dez./Jan. kein Problem. Rezeption ist nicht wie angegeben dauerhaft besetzt, wir haben über die Sprechanlage erfahren, wo unser Schlüssel liegt. Auch sonst war die Rezeption selten besetzt. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Es gab kostenloses Wasser und eine Flasche Wein. Vom Balkon blickt man auf das Nachbarhaus. Den schönen Ausblick auf den Fotos hat man beim Frühstück in der 4. Etage. Dieses ist einfach aber reichhaltig. Bei 3 Übernachtungen wurde 1x der Zimmerservice vergessen (angeblich ein Missverständnis), fehlende Hygieneartikel wurden nach tel. Reklamation vorbeigebracht. Am nächsten Tag war der Zimmerservice da, aber völlig unmotiviert. Bettwäsche war nur aufs Bett geworfen (siehe Foto), Fußboden wurde nicht gewischt, nicht optimal mit einem Kleinkind. Handtücher waren danach nur für 2 statt 4 Personen bereitgelegt und wir mußten wieder reklamieren. Das Waschbecken war verstopft und der Duschschlauch hat sich von der Brause gelöst. Das kann passieren, aber da am Abend niemand da war, mussten wir es selbst reparieren. Das Guest House hat Potential und Self-Check-In ist o.k., sollte aber bei Buchung ersichtlich sein. Wenn man es so betreiben möchte, sollte der Inhaber darauf achten, dass alles 100% funktioniert und das Reinigungspersonal zuverlässig arbeitet. Ein Depot, wo sich die Gäste Artikel wie Toilettenpapier oder Handtücher selbst holen können macht Sinn.

Séjour très agréable à Malte, hôtel tout confort, la ville de Marsaxlokk est magnifique.
Attention sur quelques point de propreté cependant, ainsi que sur l’entretien des équipements !

Lovely accommodation
This is an immaculate guest house reminiscent of a high end hotel - great value for money and just one street back from the seafront so great for easy access to shops, restaurants, views etc.
