Friendly staff

Very nice hotel,next to the train station,about 10-15min from port.Helpful and friendly staff,amazing breakfast!

We chose the location because it is close to train station.  The hotel definitely serves the purpose.  Room is clean.  Staffs are friendly and helpful.  The breakfast is good and worth it’s value.

wir waren 3 Nächte im ALEX & hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit :)
die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,  wir konnten sehr spontan noch Frühstück (das für Frühstücksliebhaber ein bisschen wenig Auswahl hatte, aber nicht schlecht war) & eine Massage im Spa buchen (die war hervorragend!)

We stayed at ALEX for 3 nights and had a great time :)
The reception staff were always very friendly and helpful, we were able to spontaneously book breakfast (which had a bit of a limited selection for breakfast lovers, but wasn't bad) and a massage in the spa (which was excellent!)
