upon check-in the manager asked for the 30.00 deposit in cash which I didn't have. Then she asked for my drivers license and a credit card to make copies of. After she made a copy she laid them where they were visible to the public. The next morning I checked out and asked what she was going to do with my DL & CC images. Shae said shred (now mine info was sitting in a basket with about a 100 others). I asked her to shred in front of me and after being scolded, she did it and the proceeded to scold me again. I really wish she spoke English enough that I actually knew what she said both at check-in and check-out. I will NOT be staying there again. The parking to was a hot mess, needs to be resurfaced for the safety of the people staying there.

Stayed here while my daughter attended wrestling camp at Missouri Valley. Room smelled like wet mold. Huge spider in shower and ants all in the window coming in through all the cracks in the walls. A Went to front desk and lady told me she has never seen ants before and then gave me a can of raid. She did offer to move me rooms but by this point I was already committed to killing everything living in that room. Next time I will spend the extra money and stay at the Comfort Inn across the street.

The rooms in the hotel are very rundown. They are very filthy and the facility manager is very rude. They allow for parties to go on in the rooms which is very disturbing. There was trash in the drawers from the previous people that were in our room. the towels were old And stained the key would not work the second day and we could never turn the TV off. I do not recommend this place. It needs a lot of work a lot of updating. It says it offers breakfast, but there was nothing there not even coffee I don’t think I would even trust eating at this place as filthy as it was .

We paid for 2 nights (150$) and then he claimed that we only “paid” for ONE night… I had to almost beg to at least get my belongings when I came back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The roof of the shower was caving in too.. holes in the sheets & covers too. They also told us for another night would be 100$ cash. They tell you to do cash so you can’t get your refund!!

Felt unsafe, there are no locks on the doors, no chains either. Had to wedge a towel and a chair under the door to ensure safety. Will not stay here again
