The staff is friendly and they don't bother you banging on the door yelling housekeeping in the morning.

Air conditioner was great

Room was clean. Staff very accommodating. Nothing i. Room, ie. No iron, no coffee maker, no guide for tv, no luggage stand for suit cases. Only 1 chair and it was broken!! Ro 116

Other people staying there kept slamming doors and setting off fire alarms on fire doors. All nigh the first night the second night was worse we couldn’t get our money back but we did leave in the middle of the night due to no sleep. I am asking for a full refund of both nights stay.

I am absolutely not a picky person at all when it comes to hotels, neither is my family. The walls being dirty, as well as multiple other surfaces either being rusty or dirty as well, was hardly an issue. But at 1:30am, the toilet began spraying water from the back all over the floor, causing the entire bathroom floor to be covered with water. My mom went to the front desk, and let them know what was going on. They told her nonchalantly that they would have maintenance check it. When she explained to them that it is actively leaking, and close to seeping into the carpet outside of the bathroom, they told my mom that it was fine. We just attempted to put towels down. I have never written a bad review in my life, but I do not want anyone to be stuck at 2am with their bathroom covered in water-especially in cases like mine, where I am on crutches, and am now unable to enter the bathroom completely due to the constant leakage of water from the toilet.

Main desk for check in was poor. Was not informed about breakfast times or checkout times. Supposedly breakfast closed at 9:00. We were there at 9:05 and saw fruit loops and Frosted Flakes and 1 granola bar. Room was clean. Shower was excellent. Air conditioning ran (noisy all night) and left “moisture” in room. We were just in town on way home just needed a place to sleep and shower so this “fit the bill”

Was a nice and clean place. Rooms were clean and well kept. Felt like a safe place for families. Check in was quick and friendly. Parking was convenient.
