Within a 5 minute walk from the train station, decent hotel, restaurant and bar is reasonably small but doesn’t feel packed or crowded.
Breakfast was nice. Parking, not used by us, appears expensive at £15 per night if you stay here.

Arrived at the hotel. Looked lovely and clean in reception area. Parking fee was reasonable for 24 hours at £15. Room wasn’t massive but had every thing I needed for one night. Bed was super comfy. Pillows could have been better. A little bit lumpy for my liking. Bar area was clean and bright. Also had a nice garden area for sitting outside. Only thing I wasn’t keen on was the only way to contact reception was via WhatsApp and when I did - no response so had to go to reception. Problem was solved very quickly but would have preferred not to have had to go downstairs myself. They have no phones in the rooms any more. Would stay here again.
