"Convenient for BP PulseLive venue.  We took Uber to the venue but the walk back north to NEC and through to near the station then signed off via side door and signed thereafter was  a 16 minute doddle. Well done re that helpful signing."

"Location is excellent surrounded by trees and away from crowded and noisy areas. The receptionist was very professional and helpful regarding a mistake in my booking as my booking app didn't convey the complete details of my booking. They didn't have any idea that I have a 12 year old child added to my booking and also didn't get the information that I needed 2 adjacent rooms, but they managed to sort it out. Breakfast was great. There was no fridge in the room despite saying there was one during booking, but I didn't need it, so I ignored it. The worst part was the pool staff. They were rude and irogant. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go there again if we visit Birmingham again."

"The rooms are large and relatively rare in Europe. Get off the plane very late, because it is close to the airport, take a taxi for 5 minutes, take a night off to hurry, the waiter at the front desk is impatient, discriminates against me or Ctrip reservations, the Italian chick who accompanied me uses the company agreement price Just to accompany smiling faces. "The hotel is convenient for the NEC, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International railway station. Received a nice welcome at reception where the layout of the hotel was explained. My room was on the 4th floor, easily accessible by lift. The room was large, queen size double bed, 2 seater settee and coffee table. There was a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, a safe and a massive tv. All spotlessly clean and with nice views over the lake. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again."

"It is very close to the work address, and the transportation is quite convenient, but you have to rent a car. The next day I found out that the hotel was bought by the Indians. The breakfast is too average, even the coffee is rushed."

"It was very helpful that the hotel was right in front of the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful. There was a restaurant in the hotel, and there was also a mini supermarket in the airport that was open until late at night, so we had no problems with food. The room was clean and had a sofa bed. It was very comfortable."

"The hotel was very friendly. They let me store my large amount of luggage downstairs in their store room. The bedroom was basic but adequate. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea and coffee. Instead you had to go to another floor to find the coffee machine. I did not eat at the hotel. There was a restaurant and bar. The room was clean and warm. Ideal for one night before an early flight."
