My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Oak Bluffs Inn. The location is fantastic and made it incredibly easy to explore the town and island on foot/bike. The inn itself is charming and well-kept and Erik's hospitality was outstanding. We felt incredibly welcomed and were grateful for Erik's knowledge/recommendations. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great B&B on MV and hope we come back soon!

Erik (inn owner/host) was very informative and we did many of the things he suggested. We were only there for one night and stayed in room 8 which was great for a couple looking for a getaway. The inn has great amenities for couples and families. The inn is in a quaint, quiet location. Check out the Sweet Life Cafe right across the street for some amazing cocktails (Don Elote and Balsamic Negroni were mind blowing).

Super convenient to everything. very comfortable and clean rooms. The host has thought of everything.. from beach towels, to blankets for the porch for chilly evenings. cookies and ice water in the afternoon. made to order breakfast. a real treat to stay here. thank you.

Wowwwwww! What an amazing stay in a beautiful bed and breakfast! We loved every minute of our stay here! Owner Erik went above and beyond assisting us when our travel plans changed….and was gracious and generous toward our son who visited us during our stay. Love sitting on the porch and seeing the surrounding neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Erik and Rhonda!

Wonderful bed and breakfast!! Clean with a comfortable bed, ice cool air conditioning, and a lovely balcony view of bustling Circuit Street. Grabbed a large umbrella conveniently located in the lobby for the frequent breakout rain showers. The Owner is extremely accessible and works hard to make sure you experience the town in the best way. Could not have asked for more!!

Great place and people. Highly recommend. An excellent location. Owners, Rhonda and Eric are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Very pleasant sitting areas both indoors and outside. Parking available on site.

We've been going to the Oak Bluffs Inn each year for many years. And we just keep wondering "how do they do it?" Each year there is a new improvement or two: bathroom updates, heated porch blankets, etc. Plus the over hundred year old Victorian Inn is perfectly maintained. One of our favorite things to do is "porch time." Whether it is an early morning coffee, relaxing after a day of sightseeing and shopping, or an evening talking with new found friends, the porch is the place to be. The Oak Bluffs Inn and the hosts have created a wonderful place that is not only convenient to everything, but makes you feel well-cared for.

What a great location for walking into town ! Beautiful front porch for people watching! Eric the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and cooks a breakfast to order ! Snacks and water available all day ! Looking forward to going back in September! June is not a crowded month so no problem getting into restaurants!

Magical inn! We have been staying at Oak Bluffs Inn for many years. Wouldn’t anywhere else! This past visit was for a big zero birthday and we brought my sister and her hubby. Now they are the biggest fans of this inn, its charm, and quaint rooms. Erik, the face of the Inn, greets you and gives you a tour. He makes a breakfast for you based on your wants and needs. I am a gluten free person and I had the best gluten free waffle ever topped with berries. There are snacks, umbrellas, towels, chairs and all the amenities from home. Meeting others who travel as you sit on the wrap around porch is fun too. The location is ideal as you can walk everywhere or take a bus to explore other parts of the island. There are even noise machines in the room! Oak Bluffs Inn is a hidden gem and we love it!
