Very clean and spacious room 
Good location near to the resort

The stay here was great! Rooms were very clean and I got to commend on the breakfast spread. It was really good! Only 25mins away from lake mountain alpine resort. There is a nearby park that comes with playground too. Food options is a little less in this area though.

I loved the Peppers stay. Surely recommend.
little bit concerned about the pool other than that, Enjoyed the food and Place.

I enjoyed staying here with Elise for 2 nights from Saturday 18th March 2023 to Monday 20th March 2023 I really enjoyed the Pool/Sauna/Gym and the breakfast was delicious as well. Also I liked playing Boules and Tennis. When I booked on Monday 12th September 2022 I asked for a room with a bath and a microwave because I am only on one leg but they obviously couldn't careless since they put us in a room with a shower and no microwave.

Radius restaurant situated in main street, part of Peppers. Very dissapointing meal, had to wait over an hour for main meal. Once we finally received our meals they were not heat hot, braised beef cheek hardly contained any vegetables mostly capsicum with cold mashed potatoes. Moroccan spiced lamb looked very similar to beef cheek but changed the beef for the Moroccan lamb, so dissapointing. The waiter asked us how our meal was and we replied very dissapointing. He came back and offered complimentary dessert. Appreciated that after such a dissapointing meal especially when you are paying top dollar.

Great hotel but really average service. Hope they work to improve this.
