Travelled long distance by overnight flights for over 14 hours and reached the hotel just before 1 pm. Had reservation for 4 nights and their official time for check in is 3 pm.Allowed check in at 2.10 pm after over 1 hour wait. Would have been delighted as a customer if check in was allowed at 1 pm considering request and ample availability which they already had. Their checkout time is 12 pm. As a customer, empathy is expected. There were 2 bookings from our side having the same issue. The rooms were allotted after multiple requests. Not a very pleasant way to start the stay with dissatisfaction.
Assigned room 911 which had Lot of ants crawling in the room on walls,Study desk and Tea kettle area.Foul smell in the washroom near the sink. Complained to change the room and they refused saying the Housekeeping will clean the room and I must check again. After arriving back from work they asked me to go to the same room saying it's cleaned. Upon entering it's the same with even more ants. Don't know what and how they cleaned. Upon asking again they allotted room 609 without even a word of apology.. Customer service and response poor, specially from the ladies at the reception. Not a place to recommend.
