Good hotel, two-storey bungalow. To Yumba 10 minutes walk, to dune 20 minutes. Near Spar and Dino. Bus stop from/out of airport in 2 minutes walk. Hotel area is large, swimming pool is cool. Of the downsides - the bedroom on the second floor is small, uncomfortable to use the closet. There is a coffee machine and cooking dishes in the kitchen. Breakfast is good.

The room is clean, large in size, well-equipped and comfortable! The hotel has a swimming pool and the surrounding scenery is beautiful and pleasant! The flowers are bright, the trees and flowers are unique, the hotel dining is particularly rich, and you can order two meals a day! Good service attitude! Luggage storage service at the front desk! There is a parking lot in the hotel! There is a shuttle bus to the beach, very convenient! The price is high, it is recommended to stay here! Will be very satisfied!

This is a very pretty, clean, well cared for hotel. The staff are always very helpful especially the pool bar/restaurant staff. Reception is closed at 4pm so cant comment on. Cleaning staff work hard all day long. Quiet hotel. Always sunbeds available. A bit too far out for us as a family. No bars or restaurants near by so just as well the food in the hotel was good. Had to use taxis to see a bit more and go down to the beach, 8Euros each way. The apartments are spotless but uncomfortable for a family. would suit just couples. Bed in bedroom ok but the 'sofa bed' just awful. Not fit for any kind of comfort even for children. who wants to sleep near enough on the floor for an entire holiday? Accommodation for 4 should not mean one sleeps on the very hard sofa and another sleeps on a bit that pulls out from underneath. The room is not big enough for this anyways. Air con only in bedroom (but is pretty good) so whoever is unlucky enough to get the living space will cook! And the lights shine right through the kitchen window so not the best to try and sleep, i had to cover it with a blanket. The kitchen is well equipped but don't expect to cook even the smallest of snacks without it being somewhat difficult due to space. Just a hob and microwave no cooker. Obviously nobody wants to cook full on meals when on holiday but if you have fussy kids who like what they like it can be tricky. We had a very nice week at this hotel because we made the best of it but due to comfort levels and location i'm glad it was just a week.

Amazing stay! Our best family holiday to date!! We are a family of 6 (2adults and 4children). We cannot fault this hotel… the room is amazing, food is all well cooked with a great choice but our favourite part by far has been the entertainment. The animation team (in particular Teddy) exceed all expectations and will go above and beyond to make you smile. The evening entertainment has also been incredible every night of our stay. Only home since last wk unfortunately due to family member bn sick wed to shorten r stay we really LOVED the quiet and tranquil vide in the hotel I was happy we’d chosen an adults only place .Staff r caring kind and really hard working the hotel is SPOTLESS .Food in restaurant is good the only NEGATIVE I give on the restaurant is THE CATS wondering around while ur eating discusting .A big shout out to both JOSE AND TOM at reception helping me in any way as to makin sure I got my refund because of having to return home early 10/10 to them both .The resort is a lil bit away from things the hotel needs to stock up supermarket better and for the sake of the GUESTS enjoying times in restaurant THE MANAGEMENT need to hire more staff for restaurant 2 hrs to get 2 courses is just not on .One staff in kitchen and one on floor with restaurant full and also online orders comin in from rooms also is just not acceptable the staff were clearly RAN OFF THEIR FEET .The pool bar is of no significance to the guests as uve to come into main bar/restaurant to let staff no ur at pool bar NOT MANNED full time .Air con in rooms only r room was upstairs .I loved the fact u could what’s app reception rather than goin down to any of ur requirements we got 2 beach towels for r stay and they can b changed twice a wk .Loved the sunbeds directly outside of r room although we didn’t have pool view we were happy where we were .Over all enjoyed r stay would stay again for definite .

GGuest UserGreat location but the hotel is too dark, and lacks any atmosphere. There is no information pack or anything in the room that explains about the hotel and what is available and I thought this was very poor for a so called 5 star hotel and I have never experienced this before. The de luxe double room, although a decent size is a terrible design - you go to the seperate toilet (next to a great shower room)and then you have to go to the sink, which is in the middle of the room by the wardrobes. How unhygienic is this!! Despite paying over £3000 for a 7 day holiday, this hotel charges you for the large four poster style beds by the pool if you use them and if you use the roof top beds and infinity pools, that will also cost you 50 euros per day. They had an A la Cart menu in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner but this was very poor. 4 times in seven days they had no Advocardo’s. Twice I asked the chef at the buffet counter what the fish was and he did not know. Signage at the buffet counters is very poor - these were often mixed up or not there at all. If you have a severe nut allergy this hotel is not for you. They have a dress code in the restaurant in the evenings, but this is not in force, as there were many occasions where men were allowed in wearing shorts….so no dress code at all! They have a decent sized gym, but it’s right next to the smoking area. Smoking is not permitted in the bedroom and balconies we were told yet nearly every evening we could smell cigarette smoke if we left our balcony door open. Complained but no action was taken. As far as I can tell by reading all the reviews for this hotel, some of the complaints that I have made have been made by other people, so the company is clearly not acting on these. This is why I have only given them 2 stars, which is very poor for such a great location. Change of management needed clearly!

A lot of restaurant and bars are located in the Yumbo Center, a few minutes by foot from the hotel. Pools are heated and there was always free sunbeds available. Rooms are big and cleaned. The hotel is well maintained.

Because it takes four hours to fly in Geneva, I am afraid that he will not be able to make it on the plane. [Like R] Thank you for upgrading my room and allowing me to have a small swimming pool with my own slap. This hotel has two large pools and a children's pool, the hotel is not very green and looks very clean. Three restaurants, buffet, Spanish restaurant and a Fusion restaurant. The buffet is not booked, the other two have to be booked in advance but it is also free. The back door of the hotel can be directly connected to the sea by brushing the room card, or you can go to the seaside. They are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time. LLANThis time, I booked two five-star hotels on the island, both of which are owned by riu. Each has its own advantages and disadvantages. The desert is right next to it. The sunset is particularly beautiful, and the hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. The swimming pool is a saltwater swimming pool that feels like swimming in the sea, and the room is not bad. Mine is a pair of two single beds put together. You can also note that you need a single bed. There are a complete range of food and beverages, and you really get what you pay for. The hotel is not too big, but although the sparrow is small, it has all internal organs. The only thing is that when the wind blows near the desert, a lot of sand will be blown, but it doesn't matter if you go back to the room and take a shower. There are buses and taxis outside the hotel, the transportation is convenient, there are restaurants, bars and shops everywhere, and it is a very mature place for vacation and tourism.

YYibushoujizoutianyaIt is impressive how seriously the hotel takes the 3pm check in policy. The room I was given was the one on the far right and I had to walk a lot in the hotel because it's a huge hotel. There are also two flights of stairs. Didn't the front desk see me with my huge suitcase? Glad he might think I'm young. The gentlemen at the front desk are still very enthusiastic. The room is also big enough. The location of the hotel is also good. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Yingren Beach. The hotel does not have a parking lot and needs to be parked on the side of the road. The breakfast is very rich.

Very Good
We have just returned from a weeks holiday and it did not disappoint. The complex is cleaner than anywhere we have stayed before. The staff around the hotel were outstanding, so efficient and kind they really made the stay enjoyable. To be honest all of the Gran Canaria we visited, the staff everywhere were super polite, friendly and genuinely wanted to make sure you had a good stay. We were B&B, the food was quickly replenished during the morning and there was plenty of variety, fruit etc including catering for lactose intolerance/gluten free etc. The room was large, the beds comfortable, shower powerful and hot. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sunbeds and places to rest. The beach is really close and if you fancy it the walk to Maspalomas was 10 mins and the beach there fun to lie on with a lively atmosphere. If I had any grumble it would be that it was hard to find restaurants that served healthy alternatives in Playas De Ingles, especially if you don't eat a lot of burgers etc normally! That said we had amazing steak at TORO and Belle Italia and West End were nice places to eat. At the more upmarket, Morgan shopping centre in Puerto Rico we ate a fabulous lunch at the African style restaurant, can't remember the name. We bused around which was easy to work out how to do and they were on time with good a/c, Puerto de Morgan was lovely and very scenic. All in all, the weather was hot and the week flew. We really enjoyed being based at Servatur Playa Bonita.

Nice clean accommodation, great little balcony and air conditioning in the rooms. My only gripe was the food - same every day with no real variety. Also, the mini club wasn’t advertised one time since we arrived. Usually they come round shouting and asking if kids want to join in, but nothing! Mini disco only two nights out of the seven we were there and entertainment started too late for the kids to enjoy. No inside entertainment, only on the upper pool area which is very chilly at night and not somewhere to sit and relax with a drink. Nowhere near the standard of rival iberostar hotels on the canaries, but a good place to go for the weather nonetheless! Loved the area and friendly locals. Not a fan of the cockroaches patrolling the toilets and outside eating areas.

RraymondcW6271WLThis place really hit the spot for us. The room was decent and the food was good and all the staff we encountered were super friendly. Sure some of the decor looks a bit tired but for all the the important stuff that you'd want for a good, family holiday they really get it right. We really enjoyed our weeks stay and would happily recommend the place to friends and family.

From the moment we received a warm welcome on arrival, we realised that our comfort and enjoyment was a priority if the staff. Our 1st floor room was spotless, with regular clean linen and towels as requested. The rooftop terrace is a bonus, with plenty beds, parasols and all day sun. The main pool, unfortunately, loses the sun from 3pm at this time of year(October). It is literally 2 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade, along which you can walk towards Maspalomas or left towards San Augustin. The restaurant serves quality and plentiful food but there is a slight issue with labelling : a number are not labelled and not always obvious what they are. Additionally, not all cooks are aware of ingredients of certain dishes, which in our case, could have been an issue with allergies. The head chef, however, was most helpful in resolving our issues. Reception staff were particularly helpful, and I must mention Africa, who helped me daily with my Spanish grammar. We will certainly return to this hotel when we visit Gran Canaria
