Es ist ein toller Aufenthalt gewesen. Das Essen war um Klassen besser wie im Vorjahr. Es gab wieder mehrere Gänge am Buffet. Wir hatten das renovierte Comfort Zimmer S. gebucht. Die Renovierung ist gelungen. Im Bad vermissten wir weitere Ablagen. Ein weitere Komode im Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Golfplatz war gut zum spielen. Die Grüns extraklasse.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura per Capodanno. Assolutamente incapaci di gestire una ricezione così ampia, file per prendere il caffè nell'unica macchina funzionante. Personale sgarbato che toglieva i vassoi mentre gli ospiti cercavano di prendere l'ultimo cornetto o che minacciavano lo spegnimento della suddetta mentre c'era ancora la fila perché scaduto il tempo della colazione, che nella mattina di Capodanno, veniva servita fino alle 9.30. Appartamento datato e freddo.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating
The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the first room I got smelled like mildew. Asked for a new room and got upgraded at no charge to one of the newer buildings. Beautiful location but even the new room was uncomfortable, minus the smell, all the furniture was dated and the room was dark. I don't think I would return but really appreciated the staff for doing their best.

Ho unito lavoro e famiglia e, in occasione di una visita ad un fornitore, ci siamo concessi una 2 giorni di sole e piscina con marito e figlio. Il mini appartamento era grande e pulito ma molto datato negli arredi. Inoltre, il sabato mattina, alle 7, hanno cominciato a lavorare di martello i muratori che stavano ristrutturando i locali sotto il nostro, svegliandoci di soprassalto. Allora abbiamo deciso di andare in piscina, ma l'addetto alla stessa, ha pensato bene, mentre io e mio figlio eravamo immersi in acqua, di lanciare in acqua le pasticche per la disinfestazione dell'acqua. Il vento ha portato le polveri verso di noi ed ho sentito in bocca il sapore del prodotto. Quando ho protestato mi ha detto che lo faceva per la nostra salute. Vabbè. All'ingresso, nel parcheggio, c'era una pila di vecchi materassi da smaltire, in bella vista. Disgustoso. Il lunedì mattina vado alla reception per fare i conti, ma la signora è stata sgarbata e scostante. Il customer care è sconosciuto in questo hotel. Peccato perché il posto è bello e ha grandi potenzialità. Il proprietario dovrebbe rivedere completamente lo Staff, partendo dai vertici.

Very nice private beach. Rooms - we had a bungalow- are totally ok, yet need a refresh/update. Breakfast was very good, friendly stuff, non problem at all to stay longer even though bf ended at 10am. We enjoyed our time at Il Pelagone- many thanks!
