A 4-star hotel in an out-of-the-ordinary place cannot have style lapses that spoil your stay.
Drop in the bathroom falling all night taking away sleep for three nights; reported after the first night in reception, not repaired; I heard myself say: we don't feel anything!
Broken bathtub telephone pipe, leaking and splashing water all over the place; in a 4 star!?!
Amazing breakfasts: cakes, brioches, ham that end up leaving guests with an empty stomach, a coffee machine that generates long queues in the morning with consequent discontent among those present. The savory and sweet breakfast buffets were located on either side of the queue that formed in front of the hot drinks dispenser, this position generated even more confusion and embarrassment, given that the buffets and the dispenser were located in a long room , to contain the tail, and narrow. The place and the structure are beautiful and deserve, the organization however is very lacking, so the management sins accordingly. There is ample room for growth to reach a good organizational and management level to be a 4-star hotel in all respects. I don't write reviews if everything goes well and if what happens during the stay is within expectations; I only report the things that don't go well and don't work; like the drop of the bath .... to improve and make a good impression with the guests following me.
