O Complexo do Sauipe é um lugar muito bonito , que vale a pena conhecer. O Hotel Brisas é muito bom, com um atendimento excelente. Cardápio de comidas variado. As bebidas estavam sempre bem servidas, podendo apenas melhorar no vinho tinto e incluir a Heineken. Como sugestão , acredito que poderiam melhorar o preço das diárias, pelo que oferecem lá e incluir distrações noturnas.

Excelente hotel, o pessoa do entretenimento é nota 10 e todos muito atenciosos. A Tia Lu é fantástica, acomodações aconchegantes, comida gostosa, restaurante com comidas bem variadas e todos os drinks bem preparados. Super recomendo para os amigos e família !

Comida variada e gostosa, quartos amplos e confortáveis. A praia quando a maré baixa é ótima para relaxar. Ambientes lindos e bem cuidados. Experiência maravilhosa em família. Fomos atendidos no restaurante pelo Fábio que trabalha sempre de bom humor e foi muito atencioso.

Uma experiência incrível. Ficamos hospedados no Brisa e Josafa foi a grande diferença. Jantamos no Baea, comida baiana. Mari e MIchele são incríveis. Vale muito a experiência. Para fechar nossa diversão, a equipe de surf do proprietário Fábio fez a diferença. Sorriso, Gil , Wilson, Santista, Walison e todos envolvidos .

Resort muito bom!! Quartos limpos, com aparência ótima e belo por do sol. Destaque para a escolinha de surfe e o restaurante Baêa fomos muito bem atendidos pela Michele e Mari. Os pratos bem elaborados com muito sabor!! Super recomendo para família!!

Decepção
O complexo de Sauípe tem um super potencial porém não parece ter futuro com a atual administração.
Hospedamos no Brisas (que é o topo deles) mas é um mau custo-benefício.
As comidas, bebidas, atendimento, filas são incomparíveis com o preço pago.

Experiência sensacional!!
Experiência maravilhosa nesse resort que superou as minhas expectativas. Quero elogiar o atendimento para os seguintes colaboradores: Josué Aparecido responsável pelo checkin, Fábio Soares e Sr. Antônio que atendiam no restaurante principal onde era servido o café da manhã e almoço. Foram muito prestativos em todos os detalhes. Não tenho que reclamar em nada desse resort. Alimentação de primeira qualidade em todos os locais que serviam alimentação. Bebidas alcoólicas todas Premium. Podem ir sem medo que vale o preço pago.

Compartilhando minha viagem de 4 dias em casal
A receptividade foi excelente, nos acomodaram em um quarto ótimo, super moderno e limpo.
Café da manhã e acarajé no almoço excelentes
Porém jantar, bem abaixo do esperado, o básico do básico e bem repetitivo
Eu esperava comer ao menos um dia estando na Bahia um filet de peixe grelhado ou empanado
Porém só o básico foi oferecido. Isso deixou muito a desejar.
Funcionários do lobby, recepção e a funcionária do acarajé sempre muito sorridentes e educados.
Já os atendentes do bar da piscina sempre de “ cara fechada “ e ao falar obrigada voce nunca escutara um “ DE NADA “ muito menos um “ aproveite “ .
Muito diferente de outros hotéis all inclusive que já experimentamos.
Enfim experiência boa porém não excelente
