Excelente relação qualidade preço. Quarto limpo e confortável. Só o cheiro a esgoto da casa de banho estraga tudo. O restaurante podia ser melhor mas para o preço está muito bem. A disponibilidade e simpatia dos empregados nao podia ser melhor

A very nice hotel with excellent staff. Great value. The rooms are really good with nice bathrooms. Public areas are excellent too. The gardens and pool area are well looked after. Ignore charge for parking as free on street parking available across the road. Breakfast was good with a great selection. Only let down was cooked breakfast which was unimpressive. More attention to detail required. Overall fantastic value and a lovely hotel.

Hotel tranquilo, por lo menos en las fechas que estuve. Edificio muy bonito de estilo clásico andaluz. Habitaciones amplias con baños amplios. La cama matrimonial es enorme y cómoda. Personal amable y pendiente de lo que necesites. Comida un poco repetitiva y sin mucha variedad pero correcta. Mejor el desayuno que la cena. El bar cierra muy pronto, no te podrás tomar un café o una copa en otro ambiente después de cenar. Hotel fácilmente accesible en el laberinto de calles que es Matalascañas. Quizá relativamente alejado de la playa si es lo que buscas.

Para volver! Hotel pet friendly muy aconsejable! Nos alojamos la última semana de julio con nuestra perrita. A nuestra llegada Maria José realizó el checkin con amabilidad, ofreciéndonos información sobre la zona. Los dias siguientes encontramos en recepción a Teresa de la cual quiero hacer especial mención, ya que nos trató de 10, muy cariñosa con nuestra perrita. Nos aconsejó sobre las playas caninas cercanas, nos informó a demás sobre restaurantes para comer, asi como información sobre las instalaciones del establecimiento. Toda una profesional, amable, y siempre atenta a nosotros con una gran sonrisa, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Muchas gracias Teresa!! Destacar la comodidad de las camas y almohadas. Como punto a mejorar, la música del bar al lado de las habitaciones cercanas que puede molestar, así como colocar algún soporte para neceseres en el baño. Por lo demás todo de 10.
