I have been coming to this hotel for 5 years and this year it is worth highlighting the figure of Juanma, the best entertainer we have had during our stay, laughter and fun guaranteed with him, we have played countless games and the truth is that he livens up the mornings very well, the afternoons and nights. We hope that next year when we return we will be there again, we loved its animation.

Everything was great, except the buffet food which was terrible, everything was bad: breakfast, lunch and dinner. They could put less variety (there wasn't much) and improve the preparation. In truth, there were dishes that were inedible. Besides, you had to "fight" over cutlery and glasses. Incredible, really. We were there from September 17 to 22, 2023

The funniest Juan Manuel. Great at engaging with people. Super fun and friendly. Encourage people to participate. Imaginative and knowledgeable about his job, he makes people active and happy.

We have been going to the hotel for several years now and we are quite happy with it, especially with: - The facilities. - The entertainment, especially this last year with a great team from first to last, because in addition to having entertaining activities to play with the family, they are charming people (Juanma, Jesús, Celia, Claudia, Triana and Alejandro). - Relationships with people in the Flamesol community. After all, our children have friends from that community, a reason that greatly influences us when deciding on this hotel and not others to spend the holidays. We hope that everything continues just as well in the years to come so we can repeat it.

The best entertainer, Juan Manuel continues like this, so fun and friendly, entertaining games in the pool and at night bingo, karaoke and dancing, to the fullest!!! for full fun, professional piece!!! Magnificent person.
