El hotel estaba fatal, bastante sucio, y te daba esa sensación de no estar seguro.. pero bueno, el desayuno muy justo, ademas ver una actitud del camarero un poco rara, se ha puesto a oler los zumos, eso me generó desconfianza y no me lo tome.. .!! cobrando lo que cobran.. y mas a mas te venden una imagen del hotel que apetece, pero cuando estas alli no hay piscina, ni sauna..

Room clean and staff amazing. Mark night reception welcoming and friendly. On second day here abusive customers talking to mark he kept his cool but if I was him I would have refused to let them stay. No body has right to be spoken to like that ! Ideal situation within walking distance of beach bars etc every one friendly not much English spoken but they try there best.

I know the Hotel from former brand NH. I used to live monthly in this apartments. New Management is as well very nice and helpful. The location of the Hotel is fantastic to walk to the town or to the near beach.

Im Foyer lief das Wasser von der Decke, entsprechend der Flecke an der Decke auch nicht zum ersten Mal. Dreck an allen denkbaren und sichtbaren Stellen im Zimmer Verklebte Verschmutzungen überall - Flecke auf den Stühlen, in der Ecke neben dem Bett ein Tier-Nest. Kloakenmäßiger Gestank im Bad Einer der beiden Fensterflügel nicht schließbar Stühle und Nachttisch kaputt, abgesehen von Verklebungen. Zum Frühstück kann ich außer der Optik nicht beurteilen, das hab ich mangels Hygiene ausgelassen, Abbestellen für den Folgetag war nicht möglich. Die erste Nacht wurde trotz ausdrücklich gegenteiliger Vereinbarung und Zusicherung "Zahlung vor Ort" noch vor Anreise von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Positiv: Alle Personen an der Rezeption waren ausnahmslos freundlich. Fazit: Katastrophal und eine Zumutung für alle Gäste. Es fehlt am untersten Mindeststandard.
