Un hotel con lobby y áreas comunes muy muy bonitas; las habitaciones cómodas, limpias, llamando la atención algunos detalles (como que no funciona el aire acondicionado, un poco ruidoso). En recepción muy amables y atentos a nuestras dudas. Por el tiempo no pudimos usar la alberca ya que el horario de uso es limitado (10 a 19 hrs), se tocaba cálida el agua. Matera queda a 15 minutos en carro, el hotel tiene área de estacionamiento.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel una sola notte. Camera abbastanza grande con un enorme cabina armadio. Terrazzino con un affaccio sul retro dell albergo un po’ trascurato e poco pulito. Era pieno di cicche di sigarette e sporcizia. Piscina bella e ben curata. Unica scocciatura e l uso della cuffia! Ristorante carino e buono il cibo. Colazione abbondante e con tante varianti. Unico neo, albergo enorme e molto dispersivo. Personale quasi assente e molto freddo.

Hotel 4 stelle ben meritate con piscina esterna e interna colazione buona e fornita, cena al ristorante ottima (ottimo sia la cucina che il servizio e la professionalità in particolare di Manuel). Tutto perfetto specie per un week end per festeggiare anniversario di matrimonio come abbiamo fatto noi .Ritorneremo ,GRANDI !!

I too was on a 2 night stay with Riviera Travel.Hotel was lovely,breakfast good,dinner on only one night fine.If going independently I would stay in Matera,as this hotel is isolated.Staff pleasant,room spacious and comfortable.I used swimming pool with no problem- you have to wear a swimming cap but this is outlined in the pre holiday info.Happy to recommend.

Hotel internazionale ben attrezzato (perfetto per eventi convegnistici), belle stanze, piscina esterna e interna con Spa (mi sarei però aspettato un accesso libero alla piscina interna mentre era a pagamento; la piscina esterna ad accesso libero, bella, anche con gradevoli zone relax tra stagni e palme, ma piuttosto affollata anche perchè la struttura è aperta ad ospiti esterni), colazione buona e fornita, cena al ristorante ottima (ottimo sia il servizio che la cucina). Tutto bene, ma con un pizzico di caratterizzazione dell'ambiente lucano e di Matera, sarebbe perfetto.
