Masseria Fortificata San Francesco

Di ritorno proprio ora da un matrimonio di carissimi amici. Posto MERAVIGLIOSO (ed è un eufemismo!), camere accoglienti, pulite, con attenzione per il dettaglio e piccole coccole. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno mi è sembrato di vivere nel sogno. Un pensiero particolare va allo staff! Persone molto professionali, il che rende il servizio ineccepibile, ma soprattutto, e ci tengo a sottolinearlo, di una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Da un servizio, soprattutto in eventi importanti, ci si aspetta professionalità, ma non necessariamente un sorriso...beh, qui il "pacchetto" è stato veramente completo, perché durante ogni momento dei festeggiamenti ho incontrato meravigliosi sorrisi ed occhi gentili. Ringrazio i nostri amici per aver condiviso con noi questo momento unico, ma un mio grazie speciale va, con il cuore, a tutto lo staff che, con il grande ed eccezionale lavoro svolto, ha sicuramente fatto la differenza. Chiudo con una frase di San Francesco che dedico proprio allo staff : "Chi lavora con le mani è un operaio, chi lavora con le mani e la testa è un artigiano, chi lavora con le mani, la testa e il cuore è un artista." Il ricevimento di un matrimonio è di per sé un evento. Festeggiare alla Masseria san Francesco crea un evento nell'evento. Location, servizio e menu' sono inesprimibile a parole. Peccato che in genere ci si sposi solo una volta nella vita.... Una nota speciale la merita lo staff organizzativo, ed in particolare Luciano, una persona che trasmette nella sua professione tutte le migliori qualità umane. Abbiamo scelto questa masseria fortificata per festeggiare i 18 anni di nostra figlia e ne siamo molto soddisfatti. La location è bellissima, il personale gentile e professionale (il metre su tutti). La cucina brilla per qualità, quantità e preparazione. Complimenti, ci rivedremo!

After having heard so much about this fortified farmhouse that dates back to the 1600s, the inauguration party of the academic year of the UTE of Santeramo was the occasion to spend a pleasant Sunday lunch, on December 4th, enlivened with dances and music from a young and very good dj. The decor is quite modern, the waiters are quite friendly, the courses on the menu have an undoubtedly refined taste. The place is very suggestive, as the room where we had lunch and danced is created inside a characteristic hypogeum.

I attended Federica's wedding, an event with attention to the smallest details. All exceptional, beautiful location, large spaces, clean, excellent menu, courteous staff, available to satisfy any request from guests. I recommend this structure for any event, I have not found any notes to note, exceptional. Large parking spaces, location with modern furnishings.
