Molto pulito, personale preparato, efficiente, gentile , disponibile e educato. Ho avuto la necessità di organizzare una uscita serale all'ultimo momento e hanno creato un tour al top! Lo consiglio se andate a Matera! Buona anche ala posizione. La colazione è nella norma

Hotel bello esternamente ed internamente, che si presenta di livello alto, con telecomando e posti assegnati in garage. Prezzo piuttosto alto, senz'altro inferiore ai prezzi folli di Matera, ma 140 € per la camera e 16€ per il garage non sono pochi. Per raggiungere il centro bisogna spostare l'auto e pagare poi un altro parcheggio per le ore di visita, ma questo era previsto. L'aspetto più negativo è stata la colazione: poca scelta, niente pane fresco, non adeguata ad un quattro stelle.

La personne à l'accueil nous a conseillé un restaurant à 5 mm à pied, le conseil était très bon nous avons très bien mangé.

By far the nicest hotel staff I have ever found. Fluent in Spanish and English. Super dog friendly, any dog size. Welcome dig pack includes 😍😍😍Just 1,5 Km from sassi and close to food stores, shops and restaurants (also a pharmacy very close to the hotel). Excellent breakfast including local food and spectacilar vegan options. Bikes can also be rented. Large and comfortable rooms (we were two adults and two dogs and we had plenty of space)

We discovered this hotel quite by chance, as we had no plans to stay in Matera. But, when an unexpected accident left my wife with a broken foot, we needed a place with easy access for short-term recovery while we revised our travel plans. Hotel Nazionale was the answer to our prayers. Under normal circumstances, one would appreciate its convenient location for sightseeing, great breakfast, the parking garage, room comfort, elevator, wifi, value for the price. On top of all that, we appreciated the conveniences we needed: breakfast delivered to the room, access to pharmacy, and the kindness and compassion of the staff, especially Francesco, who was exceptionally gracious and attentive, and always ensured that we had ice for my wife’s injury. When we return to Matera we will definitely stay at Hotel Nazionale.
