Proprietaria gentilissima, appartamento piccolo ma funzionale con angolo cottura. Non è in prossimità dei Sassi ma avendo la macchina non è stato un problema. Tutto ciò che serve per la colazione è presente, in più la signora la mattina ci ha portato delle brioches fresche di pasticceria. Consigliato

Non volendo dormire nei sassi e trovando gli alberghi del piano notevolmente cari, abbiamo pernottato in questo comodo B&B nella parte nuova di Matera vicino all'ospedale. Il centro città e i sassi sono distanti a piedi una mezz'oretta ma c'è la comodità del parcheggio privato proprio davanti alla camera quindi molto utile per chi raggiunge Matera in auto. E' un monolocale a piano terra con angolo cottura e un bel bagno finestrato. La proprietaria, molto gentile, ha riempito il frigorifero con acqua, latte, yogurt, frutta, formaggi e affettati. C'è inoltre abbondanza di fette biscottate, merendine, tè e caffè. Tutte le mattine poi, a orario concordato, porta i croissant freschi, il pane oppure la focaccia. Molto tranquillo, con un bel frutteto pieno di alberi di melograno carichi di frutti, letto comodo. Normalmente preferisco le strutture alberghiere ai B&B ma se a Matera si vuole una buona sistemazione, basic ma comoda, questa è la struttura adatta. Molto consigliata.

Consigliatissimo....situato a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Matera in una zona tranquilla,abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni veramente da favola,tutto a portata di mano...senza parlare della Signora Raffaella,molto disponibile e gentile per ogni evenienza....dovessi ritornare in questa bellissima città,saprei sicuramente dove soggiornare.
