Relax Inn, Matheran

It was a awesome stay at relax inn and the view was wonderful from the room and the owner of the room khalid was also helpful and it is near to market and matheran railway station and it is secure for family stay and for couple to restaurant are near by and also is it in center of matheran so the points are also walkable distance

It's not a property to stay. It's a house in a village -like location, with goats surrounding you. Location is pretty dirty, with no amenities and services. Property is not maintained well and basic things are not provided. Basic higiene is not maintained and not cleaned.

The hotel wasn't justified as per the price. In a small room we four people were adjusted.

The washroom area of room was so noisy and dirty, when we pour some in the washbasin, it got stuck always resulting in blockages and overflowing of basin resulting into noise throughout in room of water. The pumping machine outside the room was noisy as my child could not sleep properly in the morning and night. Switchboards inside the room were broken completely and fan and light buttons was loose

Very nominal rates, safe hotel, freindly staff, close to matheran station & market. As we had reached late by 5 pm, they permitted us for late check out. The hospitality of the manager incharge was very good.

Hygiene and safety is good. Location is not so good food, drinking water not available need to order it

As per location good near the railway station and market place. As for food services were available and restaurant also not far away. Our room was clean and safe standards.
