Regal Hotel Matheran

Location : Around 10-12 minute walk from matheran train station. Very close to main road. Rooms : Go for the rennovated rooms. Enquire before booking. Many types of rooms ... all rooms have swings ... some have extra sofa cum bed. The room we booked had 2 double beds, 50 inch smart tv and private wifi which is so awesome. Property : It is huge and lot of greenery around. Very peaceful. Huge swimming pool. Food : Food is just too good. Pure Veg. All meals too tasty. For lunch they have gujrati thali and for dinner they have buffet. Make sure u atleast try all meals once. Cost : Little on expensive side. But worth it. And matheran overall all good hotels r expensive. Staff : All the staff is so nice and helpful. Manager Mr. Anil is a wonderful person. He offered us free room upgrade and good discount on food. It would be a good idea to talk to the hotel before booking through online apps.

Regal hotel in Matheran is one of the best property to stay. Restaurant in property serves pure vegetarian food. Food is delicious and good quality. Property is huge has Swimming pool, badminton court and play area. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. We did not go in swimming pool because weather in Matheran was cold and so was water in pool. Property is close to market area. Property is getting renovated and Newly renovated rooms are good and modern and has wifi facility. Staff is polite. Fyi, this is my 4th stay in Regal in last few years. Our preferred hotel to stay when in Matheran.

It’s very nice location, , rooms are big and nice all staff and service is good , swing pool is clean and nice enjoying during stay , food quality is vert testy , breakfast fast also good , for nice place to staying

An already lovely place being made superb by renovating it. We were 5 of family visiting 3 time . Had a great experience on 31 December Night with Party and Dj. Yum food and very good experienced staff to take care of our smallest needs. We stayed in AC superior newer rooms. Thanks to the management and Team of Regal - we had wonderful visit

Matheran itself is a wonderful place for short vacation. Stay at Regal was SONE PE SUHAGA. In every department Regal is a best place to stay. Our 31st Night with Harsh Gada was really very extraordinary. We all had a great time & whenever I go to Matheran my first choice is Regal.

Special thanks to Ms Jasmin, Gautam bhai, Mr Madhukar from dinning hall - bcoz of these people our trip was awesome. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is awesome, the best in Matheran with lot of variety. They also arrange various activities which makes the stay more enjoyable. Rooms are neat and clean. You can enjoy the swimming pool and other sports activities also.Thank you all. Will definetely visit again.

Best holiday vacation during Diwali holidays n without any pollution n unlimited gujrati veg n jain food from Breakfast till dinner n good ambience n good rooms with huge bathroom n personal touch of Pratap Seth n his family n Regal Matheran staff during our stay with daily events n entertainment with all travel arrangements n early check in on request. The daily variety of Gujju lunch n dinner menu was awesome specially Diwali Menu must visit but with prior booking.

If you are planning to visit and stay in matheran then this hotel should be in your top 3 list. Everything here is well managed. Hotel staff is very polite. rooms & bathroom are clean. The manager Mr. Anil Borade is very cooperative. His wife who supervises the kitchen and dining area does her job to the perfection. 5/5 from me..
