Stay was good being in market area all facilities were instant available. Location view beautiful.

Near to the matheran market place and 5 minutes walking distance from matheran railway station, budget friendly hotel and staff are also well behaved. Good for 1 day stay to explore matheran.

Location was near to market but it was congested. Front door appearance was not good. Cleanliness is required.

Hello all. The property was very unhygienic and no room service at all. There is following issues we faced. 1. Rooms are dirty 2. No person is and no attendant to serve you for a minute. 3. Room size was not that same which is showed in a app. 4. Room bedsheet/cloths was poor quality and not properly washed.

This is a single building with 13 rooms, in terms of amenities they will just provide 2 dirty towels and 2 soaps (only if you ask. Rooms and beds were stinking, one of the washroom had a broken mirror and window. I booked 3 non valley rooms, so it was not attractive from the balcony. Basically if you don't get any other hotels and just want a place to sleep then you can consider.

Spacious, clean and good. Staff was helpful, location is in centre if city as well.

Location - no proper valley view, outside and secluded hygiene - bad, there insect in room, towels were very bad which you cant even use safety standards - we travel-led as a couple and at night the hotel person came in our room to take put pillows and blanket which was inside our bed for other rooms. We were polite and told them to take it but again after 10 mins he came back for some more blankets. That was so disgusting. Amenities - none, no hot water too no one was even at the reception when we checked out. Phone number provided was out of reach. Very bad experience

Booked valley view room but manager initially said its not availabe. Bathroom not clean enough. Room size is big. Valley view is decent. Wifi and other services are good.
