When I came to check in a man was with the police because his car got broken into and the staff that was helping us had attitude right off the back then told me I have to leave a $250 deposit witch was not fully explained on the website when I booked then when I paid in full then I was told I would have to wait 14 days to get it back I asked to cancel and then was told I would not get my deposit back so we stayed in the room witch was supposed to sleep seven but could only sleep six. I asked if we could go to the pool the maintenance guy was nice and opened it for us and we went up to change (I have 5 kids so it took a minute to get ready) by the time we came down the pool was locked and it was shift change and the young girl was sitting in the lobby with coworkers hanging out I asked if we could have the pool opened and she was quick to say no with more attitude so over all this was a horrible experience and it was supposed to be a little Mother’s Day getaway and I regret every penny and minute 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND and I paid for the trip insurance and still had to pay to sleep on the floor cuz it was falsely advertised

We were woken up a few times by staff knocking on the door for unneeded services and our key card didn’t work a couple of times and we had to have it reset after being locked out of the side of the building twice. There were several damages to our walls, and doors and the lock from our bathroom did not lock. Te television is small also. The hallway temperature felt like a sauna also. This facility and its rooms need a lot of work.

This property is in real need of remodeling. The TV is size of 20 “ computer screen ; toilet flushed but ran most of the night .The temperature in the lobby and hallways was extremely warm abd humid and front desk said that it was just humidity and nothing they could do about it. Check in a firm 3 PM unless you want to pay 50 or $30 depending on the time you want to check in early, I had a room on the third floor and the ceiling had 4 noticeable patches where it’s leaked . The AC fan volume only worked on low, no medium no high. Breakfast is OK but please bring your own plastic ware because theirs is a joke and breaks easily. I surprised to learn I was. charged $250 deposit using ******* and paid when I arrived for the room. They said oh it’ll be taken off of your credit card in a couple of days. Really? The noise level on the third floor from kids, screening and yelling and running down the hall and slamming doors till midnight was quite the treat and not when I really enjoyed, I understand it’s memorial day weekend but where are their parents? I called the front desk. Don’t think anything happened. I would really not recommend staying here other than it was very convenient to my family nearby that I was visiting .. bed linens were clean however very rough in texture and extremely firm mattress . Oh and signs posted everywhere just in case you forget. Sorry folks it’s a thumbs down for me.

Wasnt a bad stay by all means- I do like that it was pet friendly. Just toilet chain was broke in the toilet probably just unreported- but it was inexpensive so I dealt with it-

I like the room was spacious. I like time to replace shower head or deep clean them they were gross

Typically have great stays with LaQuinta. This stay was absolutely horrible. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable- squeaky every time I moved. Mold like matter on the window near the air conditioner. Dust on the night stands, restroom with bodily hair, tiles in the bathroom broken, musty smell. Extremely dissatisfied- last time I will ever stay here.
