A truly unforgettable holiday. Thanks to Veli Beach Inn and its truly wonderful staff. Faisal and his team take care of everything you need and beyond. You don't need to ask, they are super attentive and help you make your stay wonderful. We were truly speechless by the kindness of all of them, by the simple and concrete way of doing things. Wonderful real smiles not a facade. The Guest house is very nice, the rooms are large and spacious and are made up every day. The bathroom is very beautiful aesthetically, with the stones on the shower which give a touch of particular rusticity. The water doesn't have much pressure and there is no bidet. Here, like everywhere in the bathrooms in this area, a sort of tap near the toilet is used, but we are in the Maldives and we adapt. There is a well-functioning fridge and climate control in the room, a bottle of water is provided per day. The food is simple but good. Fresh fish is the order of the day, it is an inhabited island that lives from fishing. There is no shortage of rice dishes, noodles and other local foods. We liked it a lot, if you like oriental and spicy cuisine, it's more than fine. Portions are not huge. Everyone eats together at the buffet, water is served to drink, but if you want you can go to the nearby market and buy Pepsi or other soft drinks at very low costs. The staff is also available to satisfy different needs. The group of people present requested a lobster dinner. We also joined, and with only 20 dollars, we were satisfied. A super lobster delicious for a couple. Beyond belief! The island is truly beautiful (see photo). It is inhabited by many locals who are always available and smiling. We are in the Maldives, an Islamic state, you don't drink alcohol, you go around dressed on public beaches and in the village. Everyone knows each other and lives peacefully. Thank you with all my heart. PS: For bikinis there is a very beautiful tourist beach a stone's throw from the Guest House.
