Worst hotel in Mathura , most of the time inke hotel mein light nay rehti hain Ac work nay karta , even water never comes , will recommend anyone to go here.. all rooms are stinking , very poor service, they didnt provide the ac remote, full of mosquitos , unhygienic place.

Hello
The overall stay at Pragati Palace , Mathura was poor. The washroom were stinking and without any soap or handwash. The blankets were kept messy in the cupboards. No generator backup. The food was to be served at 8:30 pm which was delivered at 10pm. Hence not a very pleasant stay.
