They are not taking make my trip bookings seriously. We had booked 2 rooms. Basic three star amenities were excellent but one room had its ac in non-working condition(no cooling, internal error only blower gets on) and another room had its tv in non-working condition. And the hotel staffs, instead of acknowledging/accepting the problems and trying to resolve them they rather argue disrespectfully & in irresponsible manner.
