Hotel Lalita Grand Mathura- Vrindavan

It was an awesome and a very comfortable stay. The food and amenities were amazing, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The owner of the hotel Mr Raghav was a great help and super cooperative. OVERALL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL IN MATHURA.

Wow I must say this place really surprised me in the best way possible. The food was to die for and super comforting which made every meal a delightful experience. While my stay was wonderful, I felt the travel desk staff could've been friendlier as it didn't quite match the high standard of hospitality everywhere else. Overall definitely consider it if you want some real comfort.

So we had a farewell party at this amazing spot and wow talk about good vibes! The owner is super humble and friendly. You can really see that his team mirrors his attitude which made everything even better. Plus the location could not be more convenient, with plenty of parking available too. Not to mention the food was absolutely delicious! I can't recommend it enough for your next event.

Our stay at The Lalita Grand Hotel in Mathura was most disappointing. Unfortunately, several incidents during our visit left us deeply disappointed and reflected poorly on the hotel’s service standards. 1. Buffet Dinner Billing Issue On one occasion, our group opted for the buffet dinner. A couple in the group enquired with the head of the dining staff if they could share the cost of the dinner since they only intended to have dessert. The staff member agreed to this arrangement. However, when it came time to settle the bill, the same staff member insisted that individual bills be paid, disregarding the earlier agreement. This caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. 2. Failure to Cater for Guests The most disappointing part of our stay occurred when the hotel failed to cater dinner for our entire tour group. As it was wedding season in India, the hotel was hosting a wedding reception. Unfortunately, international guests and other paying customers were not informed in advance that dinner service would not be available that evening. Our group arrived at the dining hall at 6:00 pm and were told to wait until 7:00 pm. When we returned at 7:00 pm, no dinner was served, and no explanation was provided despite repeated enquiries. By 8:30 pm, we were still left without answers. It became apparent that the entire hotel staff was occupied with the wedding reception. 3. Lack of Communication and Accountability Neither the hotel manager nor the owner offered any explanation, apology, or alternative arrangements for our meals. The wedding was clearly prioritized over the needs of international paying guests. At 9:00 pm, our group had no choice but to drive around the area in search of a place to eat.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The food was delicious, though the portions were slightly smaller than those at other hotels. The service was impressively swift and tailored to our needs. Mr. Dharmendra went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed a satisfying meal. Highly recommend this top hotel for quality dining and excellent service!

The hotel ambience is good. But still need to improve on some issues. The electrical key holder started making noise at midnight. The charging board came out when trying to insert the plug. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom which made taking a shower and using the toilet unpleasant.
