Absolutely disgusting hotel! Me and family stayed here for 2 nights and I was absolutely disgusted with the rooms and hospitality services. I've stayed at 1000s of hotels in my lifetime from Indonesia, Ethiopia, India, China, UK etc. This hotel is clearly the worst. This is definitely not a 3- or 4-star hotel like the reviews show. If I can rate it a 0, I would have. Few things I noticed during our stay. 1) Dirty bed sheets and pillows with stains. 2) Rat running around in the room. Hotel staff said quote " we'll catch it and remove them from your room. " This is not the correct answer for these issues. 3) Washroom was dirty with stains on the toilet and washroom sick. 4) Morning breakfast barely had any options. 5) At 4am someone tried opening our room door when my family was sleeping. Thankfully I was awake, I opened the door and found a person walking away from our unit. 6) Very loud noises all night in the lobby and from outside noises. Every hotel I've stayed at have sound proof windows or something to prevent outside and lobby noise. 7) No safety lock on your doors from the inside. Only one lock. This is a big safety concern from my point of view I had to put a chair in front of the doors. The staff as well is not helpful the person I spoke to at reception didn't seem to care. In conclusion, i don't recommended staying here and ill filling a complaint against the hotel for this.

Ok sort of stay if you are coming alone The hotel staff is a bit on the slower side food quality was very good overall a nice experience but can be improved a lot

The room was very small, the size of the room may not have been an issue if it was clean. I saw spiders, cockroaches and flies in my room. The staff was also very unprofessional i had to call them thrice go just the room cleaned. The service was late. The toilet was covered with flies and mosquitos. Also the food (thali) i ordered had a piece of plastic and the plate in which the food was served was really dirty on complaining about it nobody from the staff paid heed to it. They just took the food amd never responded back. Also i felt really unsafe in the hotel that i had to put a table behind the door to lock the door perfectly.

The hotel staff is very arrogant. He doesn't listen to you when you call many times. The room and bathroom remain dirty. He does not follow any kind of cleanliness. He behaves like a don because the hotel belongs to a politician.

Pathetic service. Room was not ready for my checked in, i was advised to wait for some time then too bed sheet was not clean. Insects were there in the room. Room was changed, then washroom was not clean, intercom was not working and towels were not provided. Horrible experience

Bathroom was not managed, but average stay. Location is good and room size is also average but not so small.
