I booked a hotel for my family, not to mention that the cleanliness is very average, because it is an apartment-type self-check-in hotel and requires a check-in guide. It turned out that the hotel didn't send us an email notification on the day of check-in to tell us how to check in, because we didn't receive the email at first because of a problem with our email address. The family stood at the door of the hotel around 12 noon, not knowing the door password or room number. Finally, we called the customer service to inquire. After confirming that no email was received, the accommodation process was still told to us by the customer service on the phone. Finally, I also reconfirmed that the English check-in guide was sent to my email. They also emphasized that you can put your luggage in the room for storage at 13:00 and check in at 16:00, otherwise you will have to pay extra. So I had to ask my family to wait nearby with their luggage until 13:00 to go to the room to put their luggage. My family said the hotel was in poor hygiene and that opening the door was like playing a level-playing game. I didn't receive the check-out instructions until the day I checked out. This time is different from the check-in, it became Chinese. And the whole email made a lot of requests, and the language made people feel a little uncomfortable.

I don't want to live in a hot and noisy area, so I chose this hotel located at Higashi-Matsudo Station. 1) The location is very convenient, 2 minutes walk to the subway, whether it is going to the airport or Disney, it takes about 30 minutes by car (no need to transfer) 2) The room is large, the 3-person room has a space of nearly 400 feet, and the Japanese style room is perfect for children👍 3) There is a kitchen, most of the utensils and tableware are complete, and there is a large refrigerator. Buying and returning home is cooking well👍 4) There are 2 supermarkets near the subway station, including McDonald’s, KFC, izakaya, ramen shop, and convenience store. It is easy to buy food and drink 5) There is a laundry room, we live for 5 days, so there is absolutely no need for laundry 6) The toilets are large, with bathtubs and tubs, separate showers, toilets, and sinks for washing hands. The family has its own way, so don’t wait for a seat😅 It’s a self-service check-in. The hotel gate and room doors all use a password to enter. If you have any problems during your stay, you can only call them by email/phone. In addition, no one will check the room every day, and the garbage must be taken out of the hotel by yourself rubbish 🗑️ The overall cp value is very high, the price is reasonable, very satisfied👍

It was a very clean facility. Even when I couldn't check in because I didn't receive the email I was supposed to receive in advance, they kindly assisted me over the phone.

The hardware facilities are very good, and the location is also great, 3 minutes walk from the station. The station is also very convenient, there are direct trains to Disneyland and the airport. There are no meals included in the accommodation, but there is a small kitchen where you can cook yourself.
