It's a very small place. There are few young Japanese people. They are all local middle-aged and elderly people. The hotel staff can hardly speak English, but we can communicate smoothly by gestures. It costs about 50 RMB to take a taxi from the JR station to the hotel. There is no hotel email address when booking through Ctrip. It may also be that the hotel does not have it, so we can't contact the hotel to pick us up. We can only wait for an empty car at the station. When leaving, it is much more convenient to get a free drop-off. There is a drop-off schedule in the picture. Please tell the hotel front desk in advance.

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

The hotel is nice. The lobby is very grand. The kaiseki cuisine is also very satisfying. Thank you. There are also free drinks, beer, and sake in the afternoon. I will visit this hotel again.

This is a large hot spring inn located in the hot spring town of Tamatsukuri Onsen in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. It is about 1 km away from Tamatsukuri Onsen Station. There is a shuttle bus.
The room was spacious enough, and had a large window with a view of the hot spring town outside.
And the breakfast was great! It was a buffet style where you could enjoy many Shimane specialties, such as seafood bowls and Izumo soba noodles.

玉造温泉は思ったよりも狭かったですが、お湯は良かったです。ホテル玉泉は大きく広く歴史を感じました。毎日夕方にドリンクがアルコールも含めて呑み放題でした。夜に安来節の上演がありました。地元の歴史って普段では味わえないものですね。
