The rooms are clean and you can stay there without any problems. There is no automatic lock, so please be careful when locking your room. The futons are on the thin side, so people's preferences may vary. The large communal bath allows you to stretch your legs and relieve the fatigue of work.

there is free carpark in hotel there is a 24 supermarket in the opposite side of hotel also nearby have enough restaurant to eat also near train station

We stayed one night, meals included. On the way home, my son left his cell phone on the first floor and got on the highway, so he couldn't get back, so we asked them to mail it to us. Naturally, we assumed it would be cash on delivery, but when it arrived there was no shipping charge! We were very impressed with the service! Thank you very much!

I happened to stay in a room on the 10th floor, and the view was great. There was a large public bath and breakfast was included, so I had a very comfortable stay.

An older hotel, but in a good location. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient. There is free parking. The hot spring is relatively thin, but it is quite comfortable. The breakfast is acceptable!

The hotel room feels a little old-fashioned, but it was kept clean and comfortable. There aren't many types of breakfast, but it's enough for a morning meal. (The homemade curry croquettes were delicious.) There's a 7-Eleven, Max Value and restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. I'd like to use it again.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Matsusaka Station. It feels a bit remote. There are many restaurants near the hotel. It’s good, but it’s far away from the Matsusaka Castle Ruins. The hot water was not consistent, it would go from hot to cold, but other than that it was perfect.

2泊させて頂きましたが、清掃もして頂き満足してます。また、部屋も窮屈感がなく、快適に過ごせました。 次は、大浴場でゆっくり身体を休めたいと思います。 また宿泊させて頂きます。
