Perhaps because it was a private room, everything was great except for the soundproofing.
For hot springs, don't go to the old ruins bathhouse next door. You can just use the ones in the hotel. I went to the ruins and it was so bad that I left right away and came back to the hotel and did it again haha. The hotel is clean and much better.
