I made my reservation. I believe it was on 4 May when I got to the hotel on the six of May my reservation was canceled so I had to go to another hotel and stay so why are you sending me a survey how my state was I wasn’t there, I had to stay at another hotel

The TV was not working. The phone was not working. The water in the sink went down slow. The refrigerator froze my food. We had to come down several times to try to get those things corrected.

It was blood inside the room

I booked a room for the night and it took them 45 min to get me in the room (I booked on line) online doesn’t say anything about $100 refundable only cash
As soon as we went to our room the bed sheet had a big blood stain and it seemed as if they didn’t even clean the room. The pillow case had makeup on it as well I rate it -0

I always have a good experience with Comfort Inns, and this was no exception.
Recieved a good rate after shopping around a bit I probably would have stayed no matter the price though.
