Super nice staff!! The hotel rooms were very clean and felt safe to be in. Breakfast in the morning was good! Highly recommend staying here

Worst Hampton ever! Positive- the AC worked and there was an ice maker on our floor. Pool was broken- no mention of this when we booked for a family vacation or at check in! We were told we had to prebook when we wanted our room cleaned. We said every other day. I went to confirm at the desk and they said well no that’s not going to happen, we only have 1 person one. Longest 4 night stay in a Hampton ever- not good!

This hotel really needs to be refurbished. From the cracked and mildewy looking tiles in the shower to the mysterious pseudo patched hole in the bathroom ceiling, this hotel is in pretty run-down shape. And then there's the fact that the swimming pool was closed even though it's nearly the end of june. While the staff was friendly, it would not be my first choice if I needed to go back to this area again

Hubby and I are HH Diamond member. Booked extra large king with sofa bed. Very outdated room and furniture was very warn out . Room 208 . Bathroom was very small, warn, oddly arranged and outdated. Only two bath towels (room sleeps 4) and only one hand towel & wash cloth . Room was not the cleanest and had a musty smell. Toilet was leaking where it should be sealed. Very disappointing. Will be on my “never again” list.

We have stayed here before and this stay was the best. More breakfast options. The room was very cozy and clean. Staff was kind and professional. Very pleased.
