It seems that there are no Chinese reviews yet, so I will give a truthful review. I stayed in three hotels in Mauritius this time, Oberoi, Four Seasons, and JW Marriott. The prices were similar, but Oberoi was the most disappointing and the worst. The parent-child facilities were non-existent, the children's playground was dirty and messy, and the hotel closed at 4pm. There were no parent-child activities, and the rooms did not even provide children's bathrobes. Later, I moved to Four Seasons and JW Marriott, where the parent-child activities in the children's playground were from morning to night, which was really touching. If you take your children to Mauritius, you must avoid Oberoi.

The Oberoi Mauritius has been by far the best hotel that we have stayed, this comment is made based on traveling across the world and not limited to travels in Mauritius.
The staff paid careful attention to satisfying our every need and personal food requests that were happily accommodated by the hotel’s chef. Having fallen ill while traveling, the hotel doctor was readily available for a consult and prescribed medication within a timely manner.
The visit to the spa was relaxing and all rooms were well-maintained. The therapist was able to provide treatments on our individual needs.
The room was beautifully decorated with a private pool and garden, this meant that we were lucky enough to have our breakfast with a magnificent sea view🌊.
Overall a true five star ⭐️ hotel that delivers an exceptional experience to its guests.

We spend two weeks in the hotel. From our first point of arrival , to the day we left the amazing level of service was absolutely flawless. The setting was amazing , great bedrooms , a fantastic sauna , and 5 star cuisine . The morning breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen anywhere in the world , and I’m blessed in business to have stayed in some of the worlds leading hotels . The overall package above represented great value for money . We look forward to biding again in September.

6 nights relaxing family holiday following a busy visit to South Africa - beautifully comfortable weather (July), hotel tranquil, lovely rooms/villas with heated private pool, excellent attentive service throughout by really nice and personable staff. The food is fabulous! Mavin in the On The Rocks and Main Restaurant is a big credit to the Resort, he could not have done more for us - thank you!! We will be back……

The whole experience in terms of comfort and service was exceptional. The team from housekeeping, private dining and the restaurants were warm and welcoming. Do not miss the star gazing experience arranged by the hotel, along with the wonderful rum tasting session ! The services are personalised and all requests are met with a smile. We had a wonderful holiday, with all our expectations met in full. So many positives from the quality of the accommodation/setting, through to the quality of the food and service...We stayed in a ocean view luxury villas and thought it was perfect with secluded outdoor space to relax and all the modern facilities you would expect from a luxury hotel. We stayed half board and thought the choice and quality of the food was fantastic. We enjoyed the variety and appreciated presentation of the cuisine daily. One of the many, many things that stands out about this resort is the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They really are sincere in trying to make your stay a "special one" and it worked. We are really pleased that, after extensive research on all the 5* resorts in the island, that we chose the Oberoi. A truly fantastic place. I'd like to name check individual staff members, but would fear missing out equally deserving members of the team. you were all great. Thanks again.
